'Staff helpful. Hot tub had jets working. Breakfast a tad weak in options. 1st room before switch next night I didn't like as ac unit clunked and not working right. Got a run of the mill room but better night two. Had to move all stuff though mid stay.'

'I was in town for an Alaskan cruise with my uncle. I had booked (and paid extra for) the bigger room with the sofa bed. I received instructions for after hours check-in, which had me assigned to room #1. When I showed up at 11:45pm and attempted to enter my room, it was locked. I was finally able to get the owner’s son’s attention at 12:10am only to be told that they had given my room to someone else. I was then given room #2, which was a king size room, but not conducive for my uncle and me. I...

'Easy to reach, park, access……nice, clean and spacious room One remark, dogs allowed in the hotel which could mean having a dog nearby that barks and whines. With no staff at the hotel (reception / security) other guests seem to think it’s okay to scream shout and have a party till early morning, so for a good night rest I would think twice, which is a shame considering my opening statement '

I really love the bed so comfortable clean kitchen everything was on point no stress at all I would really recommend them and if I can any chance to visit BC I would just come back at the same address near to the malls every thing is just around the corner. 'La reception et la sympathie du propriétaire. Pour le petit-déjeuner le propriétaire a pris un soins tout particulier : je suis né le même jour (pas la même année) que le roi Charles III, mais je ne suis pas roi et pourtant j'ai été servi comme un roi. Il m'a ensuite amené à l'aéroport. La seule chose que je déplore est l'impossibilité de le contacter par sms ou WhatsApp.'

'The host was very pleasant and quite thorough in explaining on the nuances of the property. Other guests were quiet although I was only there the one night while visiting family. The room and other amenities were clean. There are pretty gardens throughout the property as well. Note that there is only the bottom sheet and comforter on the bed and no top sheet, in addition although there are california shutters on the lower part of the window, but the 5 am sun lights the room up in the morning...
