Our first visit to Brian's and the The Villages Clean and tidy, nothing unexpected or worrying. Enjoyed the golf cart. The activities that are available within the villages are varied and extensive if you take advantage of them. Will try to visit again.

Fantastic Road Trip

Stay at the villages
The house was very nice. Location could have been a little better. I was not comfortable driving the golf cart on the roads even though there is a lane for golf carts. We took the car all the time. I would recommend staying here if you don’t mind taking the cart in traffic. Brian is great to work with!

Our stay was great. No issues at all. The house was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed the use of the golf cart. I’m my opinion, one of the best parts of our trip! Brian was very easy to communicate with as well. We would most definitely stay here again in the future.

It was great!!
Nice house and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed. Brian was so nice and easy to work with. We got stranded with some vehicle trouble on our check out day. He was so understanding and told us we could stay past the check out time while we waited for a mechanic. We would definitely stay there again.

Great central property
My husband and I stayed for five days. Our son joined us one night and so did our daughter and granddaughter we all enjoyed our stay . The property was centrally located , clean and comfortable. And the host was easy to communicate with. And The Villages is a great spot for a holiday. All in all we had a great stay. Hopefully we can repeat. Thanks, Brian.

Great location, almost perfect with a few exceptions
Great location and price. Owner is very responsive via text and gave great instructions for use of things and how to check out. A few less than ideal things that wouldn't prevent me from booking again were: The fridge was not cleaned prior to our arrival. It had jelly stickiness, food debris and even hair in both fridge and freezer. Texted owner and he asked for pics to go over with his cleaner, but never apologized or anything. The neighbor (to the left if you're looking at the property) was pretty mean for no reason. She caught me outside and told me she put cones up (not even onher property, but the vrbo owner's) so we wouldn't step on her grass. Mind you, we weren't close to doing so, she was just intent on preventing this as apparently the last renters stepped on her grass. That felt hostile and crazy for no reason. The master shower had very low water pressure, to the point where it was hard to wash my very short hair. There was a lot of great things though. The rest of the home besides the fridge was very clean, the golf cart was a nice perk, the washer and dryer came in handy after long pool days, the wifi was great, close to a lot of activities we enjoy, cupboards and closets were stocked well (although no pool/ beach towels, so if you want more than bath towels for the pool, bring your own), tv had a lot of options, plenty of closet space, nice new clean couch and recliner, and overall enjoyable home with the few exceptions listed

Brian was a great host! We love being able to prepare our own meals when we travel and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including a crockpot. The grill was a plus. The bed linens were comfortable. The Golf was amazing, and We loved having the gas golf cart. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Brian for sharing your home with us.

It's very nice location and friendly neighbors.
The home itself was okay could be more attention to cleaning of the bathrooms and details the shower and the sink areas could have been much cleaner. I did enjoy the people and a location. Communications with the owner was very good and very informative.

Cute beach-themed Cottage
This property was clean, well-appointed with plenty of room for two people. There was also a second bedroom that we did not use. It was located within 5-10 minutes of golfing and three pools. It had a nice sitting area in the front, with an overhead fan and included a 4-person golf cart. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the rental for you!

Perfect place to stay…just great
We rented this property for our son who was visiting from California and needed the privacy to do some work as well as the convenience of being near us and the many amenities in the Villages. Your place checked every box…really appreciated it. Much superior to a hotel room and less expensive!!! While we did not use the golf cart, it is a big plus that this property has a golf cart available to use in this golf cart accessible community.

Wonderful stay at De La Vista West
We spent a month in this charming villa. The television choices were fabulous and the golf cart was wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and my husband is in love with the grill. The place was charmingly decorated. I really liked the lamps. We found the location ideal particularly for Lake Sumter.

Short Stay on our way to Fort Myers.
We needed a short stay on our way to a condo in Fort Myers. This was a perfect fit for us. During December we were able to rent for five days. The place was Just as described in VRBO. No surprises, clean, comfortable and in a perfect location. The golf cart was a big plus. Enjoyed our stay and will consider again.

Great vacation rental
We were very lucky to have come across this house during our vacation rental search. Brian was super to deal with and I felt like I had known him for years. He had just hired a new cleaning person and asked me to call him to let him know if the house was clean, which it definitely was. When you walk into the house, the only thing you need is food, everything else is already there. The house is located close to the Squares we frequent, Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. It was also nice having a golf cart available so my husband could go golfing and I could take the car for shopping and lunching with the ladies. Excellent vacation. Thank you Brian. 5 Star Rating!

Excellent place to stay!
First of all, let me start by saying that this house was perfect and Brian was a top-notch host. He was always available, just a phone call away and very attentive to our needs. He made us feel welcome and was always a step ahead of our needs. The house was very clean and perfect for our stay. We really liked the location ( right between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing) and were able to visit either square for nightly entertainment. The golf cart was such an added bonus to not having to take our car everywhere. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat at home (grocery store so close). Beds were comfortable and lots of towels in the bathrooms. Everything was very clean and I felt very comfortable. I would highly recommend this house and Brian to everyone. Very deserving of 5 stars!!
