The office people stole $800 dollars from my leather bag that I accidentally left for no less than 10 minutes while having coffee in their breakfast area then wouldn’t let me or the police see video

I'm sorry, but no one stole anything from your bag. You left it in the breakfast area, and another guest brought it to the front desk, where it was put in a chair. Unfortunately, We are not responsible for guest items left. No one went into your bag sir, when you picked it up that's how it was brought to us from another guest. in the near future, i would suggest to keep all belongings with you.

Had some alarm continue to go off in our room, nasty ass rude manager kicked us out not even 24 hours after paying for a week, claimed we smoked in the room, and in no way did Police involved and everything, pure trash of a place from code enforcement to building itself to the staff all garbage

Dear Guest, I apologize if you feel like the action we took wasn't fair, you are more than welcome to call and talk to the manager. You smoke in our room and the smell was so bad it reeked. And our policy is : there is a 250.00 smoking fee if you smoke in our rooms.

The pool was a mess. Besides dirty the pavers around the pool were sinking. Very dangerous. The landscaping left a lot to be desired. Dead leaves and mulch were everywhere.

This place was extremely clean. I had zero noise to complain about. Check in and out was a breeze. Breakfast is free but not that great. Only real issue was the curtains cover up the AC vent. I had to tie it so that air would flow better and that fixed it right up. Nice access to our own balcony. Couldn’t beat the price for what I got. Fridge was ice cold and that’s important in Florida. Had a microwave and a small single cup coffee maker. The water pressure was absolutely amazing. It was better than my home.

A lot of people seemed to hang out smoking in the parking lot. Other than that it was basic.

This was the most horrific experience! I read the reviews and because I was traveling with a dog I thought can’t be that bad! Well it was!! The outside property is okay, the front desk staff made a mistake and gave another person my room! While I was in the shower they tried to come in!!! I’m a single mom with a son and he was so freaked out by this! The room was disgusting and I tried to figure out another place to stay but not only did they a $150 hold I was double charged twice for the hold. The experience was the worst I ever experienced! The neighborhood was okay but the room was so unpleasant and so was the staff.

The motel manager, Lakiesha, was very nice & helpful. She is very good at her job. My husband enjoyed the breakfast. Our room smelled like dog urine. We checked out early. The motel owners give the exterior of the motel a face-lift but don't do a thing on the interior of the motel. Its old & dirty. And they shouldn't rent a pet allowed room to customers who rent a room without a pet.

Breakfast was less than stellar, coffee was thick and creamer wasn’t always available. The front desk lady that checked us in was great but everyone else was kinda lazy and sat behind the desk listening to music and watching the cameras while not refilling breakfast items. The heated pool was quite cold and uncomfortable to swim in. The carpet in our room was stained, the toilet wasn’t attached to the wall correctly so it moved every time you sat and then stood. The room felt stuffy even with the air turned down as low as possible, there just wasn’t much air flow. But the sheets were clean and the beds were ok to sleep in.

This was the second year we stayed at Sure Stay by Spanish Springs. We don’t rent a car or golf cart and find that it’s an easy walk to the square and fun to walk by the lake to see the ducks or watch remote-controlled sail or speedboats on the water. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was substantial with hot sausage and eggs, bagels, English muffins, mini muffins, oranges, boxed cereals, but no variety in the hot breakfast items. Chili’s is right next door. The pool was functioning this time, but full of tree droppings (that time of year). I still swam in it but I would recommend a net-type covering to prevent some of that debris from entering the pool.

My family had a great time at the SureStay hotel. The room was clean and the staff was very welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a variety of foods. I would definitely recommend it and will be back next time I visit.

When we opened the door to our room it was spotless but had a strong cleaning smell that irritated my nose. When I mentioned this to Bethany at the desk she was happy to switch our room and even helped us. The housekeeping team had used a new product that day and we all felt it was too strong a scent. The staff at this hotel couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating.
