'We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. We enjoyed half board - good choice as during the day we went hiking and ate outside. 'Excellent apartment hotel in a beautiful setting. Communication with hotel staff was fabulous - they were kind and helpful. I was in room 401 and despite arriving after reception closed, I was given detailed instructions for self check-in. Being that it's low season, it was quiet and many things weren't operating as normal but that's fine for a quick weekend trip.'

'We had a great stay at the Kempinski High Tatrus. This hotel had an established, genuinely 5 star feel. It knows what it is, and delivers brilliantly. The setting is outstanding, with a frozen lake and snow on the ground, but we didn’t see a cloud in 4 days. The service is great, and the breakfast generous. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable; there is a pillow and duvet menu… all in a great stay. '
