  • Built in 2021, Casinha do Sorte is Located within the privileged and enchanting cobbled streets of Ferragudo. This unique property provides the comforts of modern and luxurious standards, while enjoying the unrivalled charm of this authentic Portuguese coastal village.



    The inviting entrance gives way to a stylishly furnished and well-equipped lounge, kitchen, and dining area. The floor to ceiling windows allows an abundance of natural light and lovely views across the village. Natural Oak wood stairs lead to the lower level of the house, where you find a large modern bathroom with walk-in rain shower and the spacious master bedroom.

Within the village there is a fantastic selection of outstanding restaurants , cafes, and artisan shops. Ferragudo’s central location also makes it an excellent choice for exploring the Algarve. Portimao is easily accessible via water ferry, while a short drive will take you to the lovely towns of Carvoeiro or Silves.

We liked the flat and felt at home. The flat has huge windows/doors, which is good, as there is nowhere to sit outside. The flat is on 2 floors. Unfortunately, the lower floor has a bit of a problem with damp, and so you can smell a slightly musty odour when you enter the flat. You don't notice anything when you're in the flat. Nevertheless, we liked our stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is clean, stylish, and very well located—right in the heart of Ferragudo, just steps from great restaurants and the waterfront. Everything worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s everything you need whilst visiting Ferragudo very central it is accessed by stairs so anyone with mobility issues it’s maybe not for you but we enjoyed our stay and would stay again

Great stay in Ferragudo

The accommodations were accurately represented online and lived up to expectations. The decor was lovely, we especially appreciated the blackout roller blinds, and the space was well stocked with utensils, dinnerware, and other basic essentials. It was also very quiet while still being conveniently located. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the space. Just a couple of small observations for improvement: there appeared to be some mold or mildew on the bathroom ceiling (possibly due to the type of paint used), and we noticed a few dark spots on the wall below the bedroom window. There were also some ants during our stay. These were relatively minor details, but worth noting for future guests. It would also be a nice bonus to have access to an outdoor space, though we were out most days so it didn’t impact us much.

Il soggiorno nell’alloggio di Katharine è stato davvero ottimo! L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: pulito, ben arredato e accogliente. La posizione è comoda per visitare la città e nella casa non mancava nulla, tutto il necessario era già a disposizione. Katharine è stata disponibile e gentile, pronta a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Consiglio sicuramente questo alloggio a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla e confortevole.
