'Great place, secure, friendly staff! Make sure to book online it’s cheaper that way. They have a nice dining area. The pepper soup is amazing. Just make sure you tell them to not make it too hot, because it is hot. Lol. Enjoy'

'Good breakfast. Everything inside the hotel looks clean. Staff is helpful. The establishment shares the same building with other apartments, but entrance to the building is safe.'

'When we first arrived our sheets and pillows were dirty. We requested that they all be changed and they were pretty quickly. We also let the host know that the apartment did not match the description they provided. Which was a lake view apartment with private pool. We had neither. The room also didn’t match the photos showcased online, which featured a spacious living room and dining room with space for all 6 of our guests to sit. The space given to us only sat 4ppl. The host stated the photos...

'Clean room and helpful staff. Supermarket on site was convenient. Breakfast options could have been better.'

'It’s an older hotel but still very good. The neighborhood is safe and there’s a supermarket across the street and a few good restaurants very close by (Yellow Chilli). Breakfast is excellent. Great staff, super helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. It’s only starting to look older.'

'Only one tower in the room for two people, one chair in the room , the bedsheets torn and old.'

'Upon arrival , they couldn’t find my fully paid booking through Hotels.com. I showed them my confirmation email etc. I had to make a separate payment for the night. I intended to stay 5 nights , but left the following morning due to the sub par levels of service and facilities '

'Unsafe and Unsanitary Room — Should Be Removed from Listing I booked this room for a friend, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty and smelled of mold, with stained and peeling walls, rusty light fixtures, and a damaged entry door that did not close properly. The overall condition felt unsafe and unsanitary. No guest should have to stay in such conditions — this property should be re-evaluated or removed from the Hotels.com listings until it meets basic...
