'Every single stuff there is not just friendly, but an efficient problem solver. The location is nice, not far from the old city or the beach, surrounded by a few delicious restaurants; pool was clean and nice, breakfast was very diversified with good quality. We needed to check out really early in the morning and “lunch box” were ready at reception when we checked out. Sheltered private Parking for 15 euro a day, safe and convenient. We were actually amazed by the quietness for such a big hotel...

'The address listed is not where the apartment is, and it’s not 5-8 minutes walk, you need a car to get to the beach, also the pool is not included. Management lied to us that they misplaced the pool keys and would come back the day later and then an employee told us that management told him that we did not have pool access. We could not find the address listed and wasted two hours trying to find it, after going to another address to pick up the keys we found out the apartment was located on a...

'The view was magical and the pool was great. This made up for a couple of disappointments. The property is in need of a good refurbishment and the amenities are somewhat old. We felt that cleanliness was an issue too.'

'We were promised check in at 4pm and if we checked in after 7pm, then they would charge us additional…well, the apartment wasn’t even cleaned till 7:30pm! Even after that, it had a bad odor from it, my wife and daughter refused to stay there so we left! It honestly looked like a very shady place to stay! The bathroom with the round jacuzzi tub was just that, no shower. Maybe if we were back in college on a limited budget, but definitely on at this stage of my life! Location was good and it...

'We had a very enjoyable stay at NH Hotel in Lagos. The hotel is beautifully located in a central area, with both the marina and the town centre within easy walking distance.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even with a late arrival and an early departure in the middle of the night, they were very accommodating and made everything smooth for us.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options. The hotel also offers several restaurants...

'The hotel needs a renovation but overall it is still a good deal if you have a room with seaview, this makes up for some shortcomings. The interior of the room is dated but decent, except for the sofabed, this is bad. The breakfast is good but after a few days it gets monotonous. The hotel is near a beautiful beach but there isn't much to do in walking distance. '
