  • Uitzonderlijk wildwater uitzicht op de oceaan, overal naartoe lopen .... Beste locatie in Laguna Beach Village ... onlangs gerenoveerd ... spectaculaire zonsondergangen ... Uitzicht op Catalina Island…. en meer. Prachtig aangelegd. Geniet van de zeebries en slaap met het geluid van beukende golven. Deze eigenschap is van grote waarde.

    Deze populaire woning bevindt zich op de gewenste locatie van het Laguna Beach Village. Laguna Beach is een zeer gewilde strandzijde gemeenschap en deze eigenschap is op de perfecte locatie. Houd er rekening mee dat veel van de andere vermeldingen die verschijnen, misschien niet eens in de stad Laguna Beach zijn. Als je op de beste locatie wilt zijn ... dan is dit het. Je zult heel blij zijn met deze keuze.

    Deze eigenschap heeft een spectaculair uitzicht op de oceaan en is gelegen in de onmiddellijke binnenstad van Laguna Beach. Deze woning ligt op loopafstand van het strand, winkelgebied, uitgaansbuurt, 100+ restaurants, ijssalons, kunstgalerijen, Pageant of the Masters en wereldberoemde kunstfestivals, musea, enz., Enz. Heel dichtbij zijn het gemeenschappelijk zwembad, tennisbanen en joggingbaan. Het dichtstbijzijnde strand heeft een speeltuin, basketbalvelden, volleybalvelden en getijdenpoelen. Het ligt in een rustige omgeving en is privé, maar toch gunstig gelegen op 5 minuten lopen van de belangrijkste binnenstad. Dit is echt een uitzonderlijke locatie.

Perfect weekend in Laguna Beach

My Wife and I stayed in unit A for Thanksgiving weekend. Everything about the home was perfect. The location was great. A short walk to the beach or downtown Laguna. The view on the patio was spectacular. The unit itself was perfect as well and offered everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be coming back soon for another visit.

I’ve been coming to Laguna Beach for the past 6 years for vacation and this location did not disappoint. It’s close enough to walk into town and main beach, which is unusual since most rentals are further down the road. The bed was comfortable, accommodations clean and fresh and welcoming! Beautiful location!

This was our second year staying at one of Bob's beautiful properties. We booked a smaller unit and were surprisingly upgraded to this unit a few weeks before our arrival. The views are absolutely stunning! The unit is impeccably maintained and has everything you could want or need for your stay. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the village and beach area are a five minute walk from this unit. Great restaurants are a very short distance away. We highly recommend this property and will indeed be back next year.

Yet another wonderful stay

We come back again and again and we have never been disappointed. We cannot fault this property. The view is just amazing, the location is great, everything we need is provided, and Bob is obliging in every respect. The property is well maintained and regularly upgraded. Highly recommended. Wonderful property!

We just spent a week at this great unit. Loved the location.. walkable to the shops, restaurants, beach. Lots of room for our 3 some-2 adults and one teenager. Bob was very attentive, answered all our questions, even brought us 2 coolers to use since we were making day trips to LA and San Diego. Full kitchen with plenty of cooking pans/pots/etc. Great location to see both cities as well. Loved, loved the views. Always a great breeze to enjoy through open windows/doors.

Very Close to Downtown/Beach

My wife and I stayed at this comfortable location to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Given the parking challenges of the Laguna village, we were especially attracted to this rental due to its proximity to the village's downtown and beach. It is as advertised, only a five minute walk to the beach (about a quarter of a mile away). In fact you can walk to everything you need, since the Ralph's supermarket is only a half mile away, and if you are going to the Festival of the Arts and the Pageant of the Masters, it is little less than a half mile away, (although a short, but steep hill is involved in this direction). The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, the view from the wrap around porch is great, and the owner, Bob, was very accommodating.

Charming gem!

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights at the end of a trip to LA to visit our daughter. We only wished that we could have stayed longer! I loved this property--it was quiet, very comfortably furnished and offered great views and value. The location was outstanding--we parked our car outside the unit on arrival and literally never used it during our entire stay. It is a 5 min walk to the lovely shops and restaurants in the village of Laguna Beach as well as Main Beach. Although a little bit of an uphill climb on the way back from town, we enjoyed the exercise and it was well worth it for the privacy and setting. I enjoyed sitting on the deck, especially at sunset enjoying the wonderful views and breeze. Bob, the owner was very welcoming and shared some great tips for restaurants. Our favs were The Cliffs for lunch (incredible view of the ocean) and Carmelita's (great Mexican food and friendly service), 230 Forest (terrific seafood) and Alesso for a special Italian meal. Great time in Laguna!

The property pictures do not do it justice! It was such a pleasure to stay here for 9 days. If you're looking forward to relax, kick back with a glass of wine and an incredible view, this is place is it! It's very cozy with a home like feel. My favorite part of this unit was the balcony area, it wraps around half of the unit providing great natural lighting and a wonderful sea breeze all day long. Robert was extremely welcoming and very helpful with any questions at any given time. You can also take a nice walk down to pacific coast highway where you can find shops, places to eat and easy access to laguna's beautiful beach. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!

Memorable vacation

This is by far one of the best places to vacation for a week. I have travelled all over the world but thankfully, I stumbled across this delightful oasis when searching for a beach vacation on vrbo. This apartment is the perfect escape for a city dweller. We live in San Francisco and absolutely loved this property. The owner, Bob, is very welcoming but he never bothers you the whole time you are there. The views are great. The accommodations are comfortable, the location is fantastic. It was a dreamy and relaxing week. We will definitely be back next year.

Escape and relax

My husband, our two Aussies, and I stayed here for a week. The place was just the right size for us and came completely stocked with everything we needed to escape the stress of our daily life and relax together. All we had to bring was food, clothes and us. The view is a million dollar outlook. You can see the waves breaking on Main Beach and hear the crashing sound clearly. Even the dogs would sit and just stare at the beach, listening to the sound of the ocean, the sound of the breeze in the trees, and watching the birds fly by. The apartment is at the back of the property, on the top floor, against the hillside. It gave us the feeling of being in a luxurious treehouse, tucked away from the world. The walk from PCH, from the center of the action in Laguna Beach,is a little steep, but really quick, only 5-10 minutes depending on how many times we stopped to admire the interesting homes along the way or how many packages we were carrying from shopping at the fabulous boutiques in the village! We have stayed here before and will return, primarily because of the view, the value, and the ability to bring our beloved dogs with us. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to retreat and relax with their family, including their dogs.

Escape and relax

My husband, our two Aussies, and I stayed here for a week. The place was just the right size for us and came completely stocked with everything we needed to escape the stress of our daily life and relax together. All we had to bring was food, clothes and us. The view is a million dollar outlook. You can see the waves breaking on Main Beach and hear the crashing sound clearly. Even the dogs would sit and just stare at the beach, listening to the sound of the ocean, the sound of the breeze in the trees, and watching the birds fly by. The apartment is at the back of the property, on the top floor, against the hillside. It gave us the feeling of being in a luxurious treehouse, tucked away from the world. The walk from PCH, from the center of the action in Laguna Beach,is a little steep, but really quick, only 5-10 minutes depending on how many times we stopped to admire the interesting homes along the way or how many packages we were carrying from shopping at the fabulous boutiques in the village! We have stayed here before and will return, primarily because of the view, the value, and the ability to bring our beloved dogs with us. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to retreat and relax with their family, including their dogs.

QUITE APPEALING

This unit was definitely what we were looking for with our vacation stay. A close walk to the beach and all of Laguna's Downtown Area. A most well kept property with spectacular views of the coastline. Quiet and clean and so very comfortable. Bob was most helpful and attentive with all our needs. Our expectations were very much rewarded with this property and we would certainly recommend a stay here to anyone looking for a great Laguna getaway.

Paradise

This beautiful property can only be expressed as Paradise!!! It is everything the the description says it is and more. So close to town and the Ocean You wake up everyday to a beautiful view of the Ocean. The unit is very well equipped You only need your clothes and the owner Robert is very nice,quick to respond and very helpful. We hated to leave but look forward to returning again!!!

The best value in Laguna Beach

We often stay at the Surf & Sand Resort. We wanted a little more room to stretch out and so we gave this place a go. It was the right choice! Far and away the best bet for lodging in Laguna. Spacious, incredibly clean, and the views rival that of a five star resort for a third of the price. Bob and Kristen have refurbished the entire property with amazing attention to detail and taste. Every amenity one could need was provided. There was even a blender! All of the creature comforts of home were at our disposal. The location couldn't have been better. We had a whitewater view AND a 2-minute walk to the shops and restaurants in the Village. We're never staying anywhere else. Thanks, Bob and Kristen, for a wonderful stay.

Second Time Around

Our second vacation at this property was even better than the first! It's the only place my husband says he completely relaxes. The apartment is so clean and very well equipped. One night we cooked pasta, then wondered if there was a colendar in the kitchen. Yep, there was! You can walk everywhere from this location. Bob, the owner, takes pride in this place and you can really tell. We would (and have) recommend this adorable retreat to anyone. We stayed an extra day this time and really enjoyed ourselves. It's a magnificent ocean view and you can hear the waves crashing. Sometimes you can even see Catalina. Anything you need to know is in a helpful book that Bob has provided. You can feel confident renting this place!

Laguna beach cottage

We loved this place. The view from the deck is outstanding! It overlooks the main beach with white water views. Fall asleep listening to the waves, walk to the village (3 min). We have been coming to Laguna for 10 years and this location is the best. Favorite restaurants are las brisas, lumberyard, hotel laguna, whitehouse,watermark, and mosaic at montage. Very comfortable, charming decor, and if you need more space there are 2 studio units and a larger 3 bedroom on the property as well. We will definitely come back. Thanks, Bob
