Strandhotels in Laguna Beach

'The unit had a perfect view of the beach. King bed was very comfortable. Pool very nice with lounge and adirondack chairs. Had a little difficulty with the TV in the living room. Joe and Malinda responded very timely and the issue was resolved. Requested a vacuum because of the sand from the beach, Malinda arrived with a brand new one, but a pre-existing one was in the owner's locked cupboard. Ceiling fans were a great asset. We will be staying next year but in a larger unit.'

'Thought the property was on the beach, but it was not everything overall was pretty good. I didn’t have much chance to use any of the amenities and easy place to have pets in. The only problem was the septic tank overflowing with feminine products in the front yard.. and the smell was pretty overwhelming'

'Everything was great! We had a wonderful time. The location, and accessibility was ideathe beach directly across the street, the market (Carousel) next door, and the most amazing Thomas Donuts half a block away- what else can I say?! Thanks Joe for sharing your special place.'

'Our stay was excellent. The amenities are great and as described in the listing. The only that should be mentioned is the house next door is been built a the noise from the construction was a little noisy and annoying. They started about 7:30 each morning, we were oriented house by 11:00 and they had finished by the time we got back, so not sure how late they worked. Other than that we loved our stay and will come back if available.'

'Great stay! Honestly was very pleasantly surprised how nice the house was. The whole place was very clean except for several of the plates when we took them out of the cabinet. Temp in the guest bathroom shower did not get above room temp but the other shower was great! Our kids loved the bunk room. Beds were comfy too. Our family of 4 with dogs were very comfortable with plenty of room! '

'Our stay was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived. As soon as we opened the front door, we were hit with a strong sewer odor.Before we could even read the host’s instructions, the toilet began to “burp,” causing water to splash out of the bowl. We later discovered the welcome information explained this was a known issue caused by a slow septic drain that occurs when it rains or when water is used elsewhere on the property. The worst part was that it also happened while someone was...
