'Room was spacious and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and always able to help. Breakfast had excellent items, including an amazing croissant. Location is near city center with restaurants, pharmacy, activities in a 5 minutes walking radius. We will be back here, if we get a chance!'

'We loved our stay here! We had a family emergency and half of our party had to head home early. The hotel helped us to alter our reservation and was very accommodating. The front desk staff was very friendly and spoke English very well. The room was modern, comfortable, and had a huge TV with Netflix. The hotel is a walk up/down a hill to the main road in town but we didn’t mind. '

'Ontbijt was gratis bij hotelkamer. Echter werden we in een apartement gestopt, vanwege tekort aan kamers...en toen moesten we het ontbijt 100 pesos = 7€ pp betalen. Dit hebben ze later teruggedraaid.. Kamers zijn groot maar erg jaren 60/70'

' Hotel Los Canelos in El Calafate has proven to be an excellent choice. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is a bit more modest, typical for Argentina, but good enough to start the day. To my surprise, the hotel offers a laundry service. A bag of 5 kilos of clothing for (American) $20. By Argentine standards, that is cheaper than I expected. By the way, we got the laundry back clean and folded the same afternoon. Another...

'Prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Supervriendelijk personeel. Heerlijk ontbijt. Enige minpuntje was, dat de kamers wat warm waren,en het raam geen kantelraam is, maar daar speelde het personeel ook gelijk op in, door de vloerverwarming uit te zetten! '

'Let's start with saying that this hotel is good value for money and the views over Lago Argentino are great. The location allows you to walk to the town center in 35 to 40 minutes, but a taxi only cost 2000 ARS. The rooms are a nice size. Ours had an extra 1 person bed, but some also have a sitting corner. Unfortunately we didn't get one of the rooms with balcony, although the strong prevailing winds probably would lessen the use. The bathroom was also a good size. Unfortunately there is no...
