'Clean, good area'

'The rooms are very nice and spacious! Bathroom was very clean and a nice size shower. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hand wash! The breakfast was the best I have ever had! A very nice variety of choices. The cinnamon rolls and bacon were so delicious! The staff were all very nice and helpful! I highly recommend everyone to stay at the Holiday Inn Express off of Hwy 99 Elk Grove CA!!'

'The person who checked me in was very rude and the room had blood splatter on the wall and roaches everywhere they painted yellow so you dont notice the nicotine caked on the ceiling and there wasnt a microwave so i couldnt heat up any food its a terrible hotel with even more terrible and i dont recommend it to anyone.'

'It's in a rough section of town with people wandering the parking lot, sleeping on the streets and so on. In the room, the light over the sink was out. The a/c was good and the beds were ok. Access to the 2nd floor room was by climbing a set of outside stairs. It was ok for a night. Oh, and they don't provide facial tissue in the room, so bring your own.'

'I stayed last Thursday for one night. Today, a Monday almost 3 pm. I still see the security deposit of $150 after three nights. Not sure if this is typical for the hotel operation. Now I have to monitor to see that this goes away. One extra thing to be concerned about. I didn't find so to speak, a bath towel.
