The owner greeted me at check-in super nice guy had a smile on his face the whole time close walk to the beach he went above and beyond I wanted a pack of cigarettes and he walked to the store for me to get them for me. 1) There is trash on the beach and outside the property, which is really no fault of theirs, but it's more than just 1-2 pieces of trash. It's not unbearable but it's there
2) The shower head is nice but the flow of water isn't very good and the water temperature was hard to control
3) The security box in my room didn't have clear instructions and didn't seem to work

The entrance is nice and has a small town feel but once you are in it's paradise. I enjoyed my stay very much. Donna the bartender was awesome.
