Aloha! Welkom bij een ander Exclusief lid van de Platinum Maui Vacation Ohana! Alle villa's in dit programma krijgen Hawaiiaanse namen. Deze Kapalua Bay Villa heeft een unieke hybride naam vermengd met Hawaïaans en Spaans, Hale Un Lugar Celestial, wat zich vertaalt naar het Engelse 'Home in a Heavenly Place'.

Deze villa, een maaiveldeenheid, werd op de markt geïntroduceerd in december 2015 na vele upgrades naar het interieur en de buitenkant van het gebouw.

** Houd er rekening mee dat er schoonmaakkosten van $ 185 + 4 in rekening worden gebracht. Er wordt 16% accijns geheven voor Hale Un Lugar Celestial.

Deze villa bevindt zich in gebouw 25 op de onderste rij Ocean Front van het Kapalua Bay Villa-complex. Het heeft ondergaan veel interieur-upgrades onder toezicht van Pro One Inc bekend om hun op maat gemaakte 'Platinum' level designs.

Hale Un Lugar Celestial is een villa met 1 slaapkamer en heeft ongeveer 1.118 vierkante meter aan leefruimte inclusief de 125 sq ft toegevoegd wanneer een van de balkons in de hoofdslaapkamer is ingesloten in het interieur. De patio of Lanai, is een extra 379 m². Dit is een eindeenheid met de ingang op de begane grond met nieuwe bamboe kasten en aangepaste granieten aanrechtbladen in de vernieuwde keuken. Het poederbad beneden heeft een uitgebreide tegeldouche die groot genoeg is voor extra gasten of een uitgebreid gezin. Er is een ruime woon- en eetruimte met een eclectisch maar kwalitatief eilanddecor met de moderne voorzieningen zoals de nieuwe 60-inch led-tv en Blu-ray dvd. De hoofdslaapkamer en de badkamer bevinden zich boven op de tweede verdieping zonder andere eenheden erboven en slechts één gemeenschappelijke dichte betonnen muur aan één kant. Op deze plattegrond kan de gast 's ochtends wakker worden en genieten van een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit het comfort van uw gezellige, met de hand gesneden, kingsize bed. Het enige ding tussen u en de oceaan is het zwembad aan de oceaan, één van de 3 zwembaden in dit complex. Alle zwembaden hebben 'Weber' gas bar-b-q grills en kitchenettes voor uw gebruik. Uw toegang tot deze afgesloten en omheinde voorziening is ZEER handig! Er is ook een prachtig kustpad langs de oceaan dat parallel loopt aan de kustlijn net buiten het terrein.

Great location for golf and exploring

We found this unit comfortable and well outfitted for our needs. Enjoyed the views over the water and walking the trail.along the water's edge. Spectacular. Easy access to good restaurants too!

Great location, comfortable and attractive condo

Just as described: ocean views, nice pool right out front, updated decor, good space for a couple. We used the barbeque grills at the pool twice, and it was easy. Comfortable bed, roomy master bath. Loved having the Coastal Trail so close for walking. Kapalua is an upscale area with a beautiful beach. Easy to walk to the Montage or Ritz Carlton for their restaurants.

Perfect spot for a quiet west shore getaway

My family and I had an unforgettable time in this place. The location relative to the pool, cliffs, beaches was absolutely perfect. Having the Montage next door was also a bonus for dining out and wandering the property. The community is extremely quiet and peaceful, and the grounds are gorgeous. I would highly recommend this complex and unit to any family of four.

Located on the west side of Maui, it's worth noting that you may need to add an extra hour for travel to major attraction tours. 10 year anniversary

We stayed here 10 years ago for our wedding and we knew we'd come back to Maui for our anniversary. This time we brought our 2 kids and I was so excited to find the same exact villa we stayed in before. We stayed in a hotel our first 2 nights, and realized that you can't beat the privacy of this unit. Having no upstairs or downstairs neighbors is essential when you have kids that are excited to be in Maui. The beach was a short walk and the pool is just steps away. I could not have been happier that we got lucky with this location 10 years ago and that we were able to find it again.

Excellent Location on Kapalua Coastal Trail

We’ve stayed at the Kapalua Ridge Villas several times and had good experiences but wanted to try Kapalua Bay Villas this time around and glad we did. This condo was steps away from the stunning Kapalua Coastal Trail which we walked several times a day to get to the beach, Merriman’s, Pickleball courts, the Ritz, golf, or the Honolua Store. It’s also right at the small pool and grills that overlook the ocean. The condo was well appointed, nicely updated, and had a great AC. Although one bedroom, the downstairs does provide privacy if you have another guest sleeping on the pull out sofa, complete with a small, but full second bathroom also downstairs. Professional and friendly manager that promptly answered questions. The Kapalua Bay/Kapalua Ridge Villas are an absolutely beautiful and impeccably maintained complex. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location. The Kapalua Coastal Trail was steps away from the condo and very easy to navigate. The condo was gorgeous and had everything we needed. We enjoyed Taverna & the Sea House restaurants and close proximity to Lahaina. Highly recommend !

Great location, and waking up to view of ocean from bed was a delight! Moments to coastal walking path and another few minutes in either direction to sandy beaches. Property was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

The location and views are fantastic! The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay, including a fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, and boogie boards. Dave is extremely responsive, and took care of everything we needed!

Very well equipped - 3 sizes of coolers for beach/road trip, beach chairs, boogie boards, fins, beach umbrella, beach/pool towels, great near new gas grills (at pool right in front of condo), kitchen bowls, pots&pans, drip coffee maker, patio furniture, free shuttle around Kapalua area incl Kapalua and Napoli beaches, easy and very handy parking at condo, very quiet. Amazing landscaping, great access to boardwalk to Montage Hotel-Fleming Beach. We hated to leave after 11 nights (Nov /Dec 2022)

Gorgeous Property! Amazing Location- had everything we could have wanted!

We LOVED this property. It was filled with every amenity we needed, the washer and dryer are a HUGE plus! The neighborhood was super quiet and lovely! The area is not super kid friendly, which was perfect for us, but the Ritz property is a close walk and there were kids everywhere. The property manager is very professional and responsive. We would absolutely stay there again!

Paradise on earth

This has been the most comforting and blissful of a Maui vacation ever for us. The condo is clean and comfortable with all the amenities and fun and relaxing things to do. It was hard to leave the lanai sometimes.

bridal suite of my dreams!

This condo was everything I'd hoped for and more! I rented it for our wedding and it had everything we needed. The check in process was super easy and communicating with the owner was a breeze. The property itself is exactly how it is pictured in the ad, if not better! It was immaculately clean, updated, and had all the amenities we needed. It was a really nice space for my bridal party to get ready on the morning of my wedding and everyone loved the condo. The pool was really convenient, just steps away from the lanai. The air conditioning was really great, which was so nice since we did hair & makeup at the house---no makeup melting off the face! We were so sad to leave the condo and Kapalua---we loved the community and the home that we had for our wedding. Mahalo to Dave and his amazing Maui home!

Our Perfect Stay

My wife and I have stayed in many condos up and down the West side of Maui. Without a doubt this is the best we have rented thru VRBO. While it may not be the best for a family with children, as a couple it was perfect. The pictures on VRBO are very accurate as to what you will have. The area is quiet and and pools are great. The kitchen has a of the necessary items for meal preparation. Communications with the property manager, Dave, was great. I cannot comment on other condos at the Bay Villas, but this one will be our go to stay location when we return to paradise. We will be back!

Beautiful, quiet, perfect

This lovely place is tucked away in the Kapalua Villas, a very quiet/private/safe community. We loved being on the west side of Maui and this condo was so beautiful! Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking (including a rice maker), the upstairs bedroom allows for great privacy/separation between living and sleeping areas, the showers were nice and hot, and we really enjoyed being so close to secluded public beach. For food we were in close proximity to groceries, the Honolua general store, Joey's Kitchen and other great little spots to pick up food. We will come here again for sure. Thank you for hosting us!

Breathtaking views and comfortable living

My wife and I had an amazing time in this villa. We had everything we needed in the house. The kitchen was stocked and allowed us to make meals and enjoy them on the patio, which had great views. However, the bedroom views topped it with even better views of the ocean. There were also beach chairs that we took with us to the walkable beaches near by. We would love to stay here in the future!

Couples Get Away

The perfect get away. The view is amazing! We watched the wales from the patio and enjoyed the walking path along the beach. The condo had a great supply of Chairs, beach towels, umbrella, cooler, etc. Close to a variety of restaurants, but you can also save money by grabbing groceries at Costco or Walmart by the airport.
