Dit is een ruime, onberispelijke Maui Condo, een verborgen juweeltje. Exclusieve luxueuze penthouse-suite op de bovenste verdieping. Helemaal privé. Prachtig ingericht. Onberispelijk ingericht, deze ruime vierde verdieping appartement heeft drie slaapkamers, allemaal met uitzicht op de oceaan, drie badkamers, twee met uitzicht op de oceaan, een volledig uitgeruste moderne keuken, een ruime woonkamer met 25 meter hoge plafonds en een eigen Lanai met eetruimte. Vier flatscreen slimme T. V. 's, WiFi en een spectaculair uitzicht!

Geniet van walvissen kijken tijdens de wintermaanden. De beschermde groene zeeschildpadden zijn altijd aanwezig als ze hun toevlucht zoeken in onze baai. Als je gelukt is, kan een bedreigde monniksrob langs komen en op het strand blijven liggen !!!! Bekijk de spinner-dolfijn, terwijl u uw dag begint met uw ochtendkoffie in uw eigen ruime Lanai! Loop langs het privé en ongerepte witte zandstrand. De perfecte locatie voor snorkelen, zwemmen en surfen. BBQ Area met Oceanside Dinning. Geniet van het zwembad en jacuzzi. Lounge in de zon. Prachtige tropische landschapsarchitectuur. Allemaal aan de rand van de oceanen in de Private Gated Setting.

Gelegen aan de noordkant van Kaanapali Beach. Maui is de thuisbasis van enkele van 's werelds beste golfbanen. Twee van 's werelds meest beroemde golfbestemmingen bevinden zich binnen twee mijl van ons appartement, elk met talloze panoramische uitzichten op de oceaan en het eilandlandschap. Kaanapali golfbanen zijn gelegen in het Kaanapali Beach Resort in West Maui, minder dan twee mijl ten zuiden van onze flat. Kapalua golfbanen liggen minder dan twee mijl ten noorden van de flat. Tien minuten rijden naar Famous Lahaina Town and Shopping in Whalers Village! Koop fijne kunst, dat speciale stukje Hawaiiaanse sieraden en momenten om terug te nemen naar vrienden en familie. The location allowed us to watch the turtles move through from the balcony. Amazing views. The beach in front was washed away due to the storm the prior week. We were able to utilize the beach next door. My only complaint was no AC. It was warm and the fans were not doing the job.Amazing property.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat 3 Bäder. Sie ist schon etwas älter und abgewohnt. Leider auch nicht gerade sauber. Die Lage ist super. Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Jede Menge wunderschöne Strände in der Nähe. Leider ist bei der Unterkunft selbst kein Strand Abschnitt mit Liegemöglichkeit dabei. Man gelangt nur sehr umständlich ins Meer. Der Pool ist schön aber es sind keine Spielsachen (Ball, Tauchutensilien usw.) im Pool erlaubt. Also mit Kindern etwas schwierig.

Property is exactly as described! The view is amazing. The space was large enough to accommodate our group of 5, yet cozy enough to come together.The showers were amazing, beds comfortable and the view is insane. My family and I enjoyed the pool and private beach every day...and we were able to snorkel with the turtles. Parking was always available, and the property is not overcrowded.Randy was very responsive and allowed us to check in early. Condo was excellent! Great communication. We snorkeled right off the beach in front of the unit. We swam with sea turtles! We saw 7 rainbows one morning right from the lanai. Great sunsets every night. It was truly amazing and would love to come back.

Family Reunion in Maui!

I rented 3 units in Hale Mahina to house my family. A friend is an owner there so I knew it must be special. With a sandy beach where you will likely see a turtle resting, and convenient access to experiences that appeal to vacationers, this is a good choice. If you rent more than the penthouse, also get a unit on the 1st floor for easier access to the pool/beach area, but it's ok if you don't. There is an elevator which definitely helps get groceries & luggage up. The view out the wall of windows & from the balcony is absolutely spectacular, whether it's sunsets or rainbows over the azure, clear surf, pure tropic serenity is in front of you.

Our group consisted of 4 adults and two children (8-12year old). Property had plenty of space for us all. Bring on the 4th floor we were able to see all the ocean animal pass by with our morning coffees. The semi private beach was amazing and not too busy. The water were perfect we saw and swam with sea turtles every day we stayed. We got to see a Hawaiian monk seal and dolphins. Randy the property owner was super communicative and checked in on us after a few hours after our arrival to make sure everything went smoothly. I would recommend property to anyone.

This condo checked all the boxes for our family. Location right on the beach, plenty of room for 8 adults and a full kitchen. Check-in and check out was a breeze and communication with the owner was great. We loved the beach in front of the condo, watched turtles and bumped into a seal while snorkeling. Nice place, the host was super responsive and helpful. Everything was clean and great! We saw turtles from the balcony and it was nice to have the beach available. Had beach chairs and boogie boards and an equipped kitchen. New TVs. We had a great stay... There's a grumpy separate complex manager that doesn't like kids in the pool. So if you have younger children that are loud beware they won't be welcome in the pool area. Otherwise it was really great. Super close to a couple snorkeling areas. Water is a little choppy at times to snorkel right around the condo but it's still doable.

Location was perfect and beautiful. The property manager was very attentive and easy to get a hold of we saw so many turtles that come right up to the beach that hang out with you all day. Condo was big and beautiful. There’s a few bugs from always leaving the blinds and sliding glass doors open that could use a little attending to, there is a lot of pool rules for children was our only downfall but overall everything was amazing!!!

Maui Family Vacation

We had a fabulous stay! The property is well appointed and in the perfect location near North Kaanapali Beach! The grounds of the property are beautiful and the small beach located directly in front offered amazing snorkeling and turtle watching! It felt very private! The unit itself was very spacious and we loved the views from the lanai! Please note that there is no air conditioning at the rental, however, there are plenty of fans that help with the circulation and louvers and screen doors to let outside air in! We would absolutely come back!

Fantastic location

We really enjoyed this spacious condo, the pool and small beach were huge perks and we loved the location within walking distance of several shopping areas, especially Bad Ass Coffee. It was comfortable for our group of 6 and well supplied with beach chairs, towels, boogie boards and everything we needed in the kitchen. The only downside was that it is quite dated. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the whales and gorgeous sunsets.

Great Beach Front Condo

This was the perfect place to stay for our family. The condo is on a great location and right on a small private beach with snorkeling and surfing (depending on swell size).The condo is very spacious, in good shape and has everything you will need for your time in Maui.The property owner is great to work with if you have any questions. Great condo in paradise

We had a great time in Maui. The condo was perfect for what we needed. The only negative we found is the lack of central air conditioning (I think this is the same for the entire building). There were lots of fans to get the air circulated, but it was warm in the late afternoons with the sun shining into the condo. Other than that, it was great!! The views were amazing and it’s away from the big resorts so it’s quiet. We saw whales, turtles, and seals from the balcony. We all enjoyed sitting on the balcony every day just watching the waves come in and looking for whales. We would definitely stay here again and will let friends know of the condo if they are visiting Maui.

Pure paradise!

This property gave my family everything we wanted in our vacation to Maui and more! The private beach and pool were perfect for our 3 year old to enjoy multiple times a day. Then we could walk right up to the condo to comfortably take naps and watch the turtles and whales from the lanai. The condo was clean but a little worn. Didn’t bother us a bit considering it is a beach front property. Spacious enough for our family of 7 to fit pleasantly. The complex property manager was a bit of a stickler when it came to playing in the pool and making too much noise. I understand some of the other crowds in the complex don’t want to listen to kids screaming but most of the other vacationers seemed to really enjoy watching the kids play and experience the magic of Maui. Randy was extremely communicative, prompt, and friendly. Check in and check out we’re super easy and made for a flawless trip. We will definitely be back!
