Vrede en rust wachten op uw aankomst in Konea 831, een ruime en luxe studio met zeezicht die een adembenemend uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan en eenzaamheid van de heersende passaatwinden biedt. Echt de beste studio te huur door de eigenaar, beschikbaar in de zeer gewilde Konea Tower, 831 maakt indruk vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt. Van zijn verbazingwekkende uitzicht op de 8e verdieping, tot zijn ongelooflijke locatie, zul je zien waarom woorden en foto's geen recht doen - alleen de ervaring zal dat doen.

Ontspan en sluit opnieuw aan in de ruime leefruimte die volledig is ingericht voor uw "in-joyment". Deze uitstekende studio suite met uitzicht op de oceaan op de 8e verdieping is geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen in het kingsize bed en de queensize slaapbank. Terwijl de dag in de avond verandert, ontspan je en laad je op - teken een bad in de badkuip en nodig je uit in de laatste stralen van de dag.

De glazen Lanai-deuren staan volledig open waardoor vier personen comfortabel kunnen genieten van het prachtige uitzicht. Deze suite heeft een zuidelijke ligging die gelijk staat aan meer zon en minder directe wind, wat de perfecte balans oplevert voor tropische airconditioning. We moedigen u aan om uw culinaire creativiteit uit te drukken in de goed uitgeruste keuken. De ruimte is volledig uitgerust met Bosch-apparatuur van roestvrij staal en countertops van graniet. We hebben elk apparaat en gereedschap geleverd om de perfecte maaltijd of verfrissing te bereiden ... breng gewoon de ingrediënten. Geniet van uw maaltijden op de ruime Lanai of dineren binnenshuis in de klimaatgestuurde airconditioning. Great spot. All arrive at 4:00 during check in day! It’s a little confusing if it’s your first time at the property. We went directly to parking and should have unloaded our baggage at the main entrance.

Ka’anapali beach

This is our 3rd trip to stay at Honua Kai. We’ve been in both main buildings. For us the studio is perfect. The views are amazing and each time the unit has been clean and well situated. This trip we had issues with our dryer not doing the job. Maintenance visited but it went back in to error mode. I figured out “auto mode” managed to finish a cycle. Lighting is inadequate in the bathroom for those without great eyesight. We put a lamp next to the sink with the shade removed. Problem solved. We will be back.

the room was great and as advertised- great location and the addition of two beach chairs very welcome. The place was not available anywhere close to 4, and the lack of communication about Maui rentals to us and to the crew at the location when we arrived and during our stay was disappointing to say the least- we will choose another next time we stay.

Winter getaway

The condo is exactly as pictured and described. Check in is easy, the management company sent us instructions a few days prior to check in so there was no anxiety about when and where to go. The property was as close to immaculate as we could expect. Beautiful courtyard leading to the pools, short walk to the beach, dukes bar right on property. Location was convenient for our needs, There are a few grocery stores nearby for food and essentials, a food truck lot right next door. The unit itself was clean, had all the kitchen essentials, working appliances, and some beach chairs/ igloo cooler that were available for our use. The view could NOT be beat. While not ocean front it is ocean facing and we spent every morning on the lanai with binoculars watching whales right from our room. We have stayed at 5 star luxury resorts in Hawaii before and this stay rivaled our stays there just based on the view and convenience of having our own home away from home

Excellent views and resort

Probably the best view we’ve had to date at our Maui adventures. Room was well equipped, and had everything we needed. Fantastic resort and amenities. A couple things though. This room is directly next to the trash room, and so the hallway approaching the room smells pretty nasty, like wet mildew carpet, which made our room smell a bit until we opened up the patio and aired it out. Also, the AC in this unit is not strong at all. Room didn’t get below 73 degrees and we are used to sleeping in cold temps, so that was a bit rough. Definitely needs to get fixed. Other than that, was a great stay.

Great condo, it had all the amenities that I needed for a great stay and the pool was great. Only thing, be careful with the lava rocks on the edge of the pool. I accidentally scrapped my foot (ouch). All in all, I would highly recommend booking. Dukes restaurant was awesome and the mai tais were great!

Great place, great location

I stayed here with my daughter and we had a great time. You can walk down to the beach or pool. We liked that the pool area had multiple different pools so people were spread out instead of crammed into one. Great view of the pool and ocean. Close drive to kaanapali. Has a little store in the lobby for things you may have forgotten to bring or a snack. Parking can be a little difficult if you get back later in the evening. Overall, amazing stay!

This property was very comfortable, clean and convenient. We had everything we needed. The restaurant on site is exceptional! The pools and hot tubs were beautiful. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

Beautiful condo with a fabulous view. Fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy a hot breakfast every morning on the patio with the view of the property and ocean. The resort has very nice grounds to enjoy sitting around the pools, and the beach is just a short walk beyond that. My only gripe would be that the underground parking is not very big. If you return late in the evening it will most likely be full and require you to use valet parking which is free, just a little time consuming.

We loved this resort. It has beautiful pools, restaurant on the property and the condo was wonderful. I loves working with Maui Resort rental company. They were quick to respond to any inquiries and made our trip special. One of the beach chairs broke and they came over immediately with a replacement. Great place, great company

The place was exactly as presented and very well equipped with everything you need. Parking is convenient and the resort is beautiful. Just steps from the boardwalk, Duke’s & the beach. We’ll be back!

The location of this unit is great and view is as well.

Overall this was a great stay and the rental company took care of our concerns. However, it is time to reinvest in this unit things are getting worn down, the washer had extensive mold in it, and the engineer never came to fix. The skirt betting for the foundation of the bed had to be changed it had not been cleaned in a very long time. The bathroom could use a refresh on paint and for the walls and doors. It's not bad by any means, but could use a facelift for the nightly rate we are paying for this unit. Carpet and furniture is all just a been worn.

Nice amenities and convenient location

Great restaurant can be found at Duke's and the pools at Honua Kai are fantastic. Very close walk to the beach and close drive to many greatsnorkel beaches, as well as the Kapalua golf courses. Food trucks are a great feature close by. The mattress is far too soft for our liking and was difficult to sleep on but the views from the condo and the resort is general is superb. Would return but new mattress pls!

Absolutely loved our stay in Konea tower studio 831! The view was incredible!

The view was incredible! The studio was very clean and comfortable. It was equipped with all of the basic kitchen items that we needed during our stay and the washer and dryer worked very well. We brought our own light weight beach towels which made it very convenient when we went off property. Dukes is a great restaurant with very friendly service. We hope to stay here again when we head to back Maui. The Maui resort management was EXTREMELY helpful as our flight was delayed ...they allowed us to not only have a late check out, but for a very small fee we were able to stay until the late that evening. We stayed here for our honeymoon and highly recommend! The space was clean, as pictured, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The property amenities including the convenience stores, Dukes, and pools were nice to have onsite. We would stay here again.

Amazing place!

I loved this property so much! The room was so close to the elevator, yet was very quiet, had a good view of the pools and the ocean! I like that they had an on-site restaurant, store, nice pools and the beach right there! I was also very thankful for the A/C and ceiling fan after a long day in the sun and heat! There were also good options for TV channels and a DVD player if you want to bring your own. The kitchen was stocked full of everything you could possibly need! The Maui coffee and chocolates were a very nice touch. Only complaint I have is the bathroom counter space is very small! So I had to get creative on where to put all my bathroom items. The beach chairs (which were waaaay to low, some higher ones would be nice) and umbrella were a bit used and I also couldn’t figure out how to use the umbrella on the beach so that was embarrassing haha Lastly, the underground parking lot gets full if you come after 7-8 pm. Then you have to park outside and could be a long walk. I experienced that once and didn’t come back late again!

Exceptional!

The place was as good as advertised. Everything about the place and location were exceptional. And close proximity (very short walking distance) to a full size supermarket, restaurants, food trucks and other stores was a huge bonus. We will be sure to rent there again when we return.
