Het perfecte appartement in Papakea met veel upgrades, geweldige resortlocatie en uitzicht op de oceaan! Deze accommodatie bevindt zich in gebouw B en biedt de nabijheid van de oceaan, het strand, het zwembad en de barbecueplek. Geniet van airconditioning in elke kamer en uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit dit prachtig bijgewerkte appartement! Dit appartement wordt professioneel beheerd door My Perfect Stays, een vastgoedbedrijf op het eiland.

Papakea B403 is een appartement met drie slaapkamers, drie badkamers en een prachtig uitzicht op de Stille Oceaan. De volledig uitgeruste en bijgewerkte keuken beschikt over prachtige kasten, roestvrijstalen apparaten en granieten aanrechtbladen. Een split-airconditioningsysteem zorgt voor koude lucht in alle kamers! De slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed. De tweede slaapkamers hebben een queensize bed en de slaapkamer op de vliering heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden en een eigen badkamer (een unieke plattegrond met drie badkamers!)

De woonkamer heeft een ruime slaapbank en een flatscreen-tv. Entertainment is inclusief gratis kabel en WiFi. Alle badkamers zijn prachtig gerenoveerd en zijn voorzien van inloopdouches. Het appartement heeft ook een wasmachine en een droger. Het is goed gevuld met strandlakens, strandstoelen koeler en nog veel meer!

Het Papakea Resort ligt aan het strand van North Ka'aanapli en beschikt over 11 hectare aan weelderig aangelegd terrein, zoetwatervijver met koi, 2 zwembaden, 2 grote jacuzzi's, 12 gasbbq's, 2 putting greens, 2 shuffleboard-tennisbanen en 3 verlichte tennisbanen, gratis conciërgediensten en een 24-uurs receptie met veel open parkeergelegenheid. Het resort ligt op loopafstand van vele winkels en restaurants. Elke avond lichten tiki fakkels het pand op voor een exquise Hawaiiaanse tropische ambiance. Er is een zandstrand op slechts een steenworp afstand van de flat. Geniet van zwemmen, snorkelen, schildpadden spotten, boogieboarden, paddleboarden en walvissen kijken (tijdens het walvisseizoen) vanuit dit ultieme landgoed in Maui.

Ons team op het eiland biedt ook: afwasmiddel, was- en droogvellen, naast een gratis set Papaya Noni-shampoo, conditioner, bodylotion en zeep. Een gratis conciërge is beschikbaar voor al onze gasten.

** Papakea rekent een toeslag van $ 17 / dag voor uw eerste 10 opeenvolgende dagen in een periode van 30 dagen. Great property supplied everything they advertised. Beautiful view, convenient location. Only downside is the morning noise on and off property. Coming from eastern standard time zone, the 7 am garbage and construction noise is a bit early, but just helps get our day started earlier.

B403 is a perfect setup for a family vacation. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The unit was well equipped. Plenty of beach, chairs, snorkel equipment, a boogie board and several coolers.The outdoor grill is great for making simple dinners.

My husband and I ended up going to a hotel, the two downstairs bedrooms were ok, but there were three couples and we were in the loft. The two twin beds were so old that the springs creaked and were extremely uncomfortable… The place could have been cleaner, The chairs and couch were grimy, it looks like The place only received a surface clean., But we were just there for five days, so we cleaned and enjoyed the balcony with this beautiful view of the ocean. Sorry it’s not a better review, but you really need to replace the beds with something more comfortable. Thank you to the management for an easy check in and check out, you were excellent.

Perfect place for a family. The condo had a washer and dryer and tons of extras that made it so much easier. There were tennis rackets/balls for the tennis courts, putters and balls for the putting greens, beach towels and beach bags, plus two insulated bags and coolers for beach days. There was also a beach umbrella and probably 8-10 pairs of snorkels/fin sets, so no need to rent any. The location of the property is perfect, close to D.T. Fleming Beach which isn’t as busy, has bathrooms and a lifeguard. It is also 5 min from downtown Lahaina with a grocery story, drugstore, etc. There are multiple air conditioning units in the condo so it is easily kept cool. The property itself is very well kept and clean. The outdoor grills are cleaned every day. There is a lot of parking for residents of Papakea and many shops within walking distance. We would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a great stay (I would rate overall 4 1/2) with 3 bedrooms for 5 adults and one infant. The grounds are lovely, the views from the unit and grounds are beautiful, and the location is a short walk to the north end of the Ka'anapali Beach Walkway (near Duke's restaurant). We had one issue with an air conditioner leak that required plumbers , but this was no one's fault, and both the plumbers and the manager with My Perfect Stays handled the situation immediately and professionally. My two pieces of advice would be to upgrade the hall bathroom, which shows quite a bit of wear, and make it possible to control the air conditioning units from each area separately, instead of all being controlled in the primary bedroom (or maybe we just couldn't figure it out!). Thanks for a great stay!

Plenty of room. Loved the Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie board, snorkel equipment, portable crib and beach towels. Well equipped. Only issues was the refrigerator freezer door is janky and is super hard to open and close. This needs to be repaired.

We loved staying at Papakea B403. The location was beautiful and so close to the ocean. The view was amazing, and we loved that we were in walking distance to local restaurants and stores. The unit itself was perfect for our family We will definitely be back!

If you want to stay at Papakea, this place is fantastic! Great location with easy access to both the pool/grills and main street for coffee shops, restaurants, etc. It had 2 lovely bedrooms and a loft space so we comfortable slept 6 adults and 1 toddler. Highly recommend!

This beach was closer to the beach then we ever dreamed and the whale watching was incredible!!! We would definitely stay here again.

The view and location were good. The resort grounds were well kept. The unit itself was a disaster. The refrigerator was broken when we arrived and not repaired for at least 24 hours and the freezer never worked properly. We called maintenance numerous times with a list of things not working from shower doors off the track, to a leaky dishwasher, to a leaky toilet, to fan switches that didn’t work, and so on, it became comical. The beach chairs and umbrellas were falling apart, the carpet is dirty and worn and the vacuum smells when you run it. This unit needs a total redo. We would not recommend staying in this unit. My Perfect Stays was responsive, they did contact the unit owner and I received a very minuscule refund. My Perfect Stays told me I should understand that homes have problems but why would I want to deal with house problems while on vacation? This was definitely not my perfect stay.

The view was nice. There’s no beach- shortages of towels, no a/c until it was finally repaired, broken microwave door, broken shades on slider, dirty carpet, spas are lukewarm at night & pool rules are very strict- no cannon balls, no goggles in spa, no hammocks, no sitting on sea wall. Staff checking us in was not friendly at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Papakea B403! The condo had everything we needed to make our vacation one to remember! Each evening we were entertained by the amazing and picturesque sunsets. We recently enjoyed a stay at Papakea with our family. The condo was very clean and the best equipped kitchen with every appliance and gadget you might require during your stay! The views off of the lanai are stunning and we enjoyed sunset dinners most nights from our unit! The staff were very friendly and checked in on us repeatedly to make sure everything was going okay and to offer assistance. Overall the resort is fairly quiet but the pool area was clean and well maintained and the staff regularly cleaned the lounge chairs. I will absolutely look to rent again at Papakea on my next trip to Maui!

This is our second stay at the Papakea Resort. We loved this spacious unit. This fourth-level condo has a great view of those perfect Maui sunsets. Great kitchen and bedrooms. The twin beds in the loft were just what we needed - and the loft even has its own bathroom and shower! The unit was well-stocked with dishes and small appliances. We had a group of seven and we never felt crowded. We loved being able to rent snorkel equipment right at the resort. Close to groceries and restaurants. We loved our stay here.

My fiancé and I along with 2 other couples stayed here for our 5 day trip. The condo was spacious and every couple had their own restroom, which was awesome! I stayed in the loft (which there’s a bathroom upstairs) and had no issues. You can partially see into the loft through the railing as seen in the pictures, but I just hung up my sarong or a towel and it was fine. Master bedroom is very spacious, and other room is a little smaller but not bad. Great location! Across the way from the market so easy stop for groceries, snacks, ice and other necessities. Also (probably depending on time of year) there’s a lot right next door with a bunch of delicious food trucks! Major plus! The pool area is great. Heated pool, large hot tub, and putting green! They only con I can think of were the timers for the AC. They run on a 6 hour max dial, so just be sure to crank it right before you go to sleep or the AC will shut off in the middle of the night. Understandable to save energy since a lot of people leave the AC on when they leave for the day. It was just a drag to wake up hot and have to go re-crank the dial. I wouldn’t say it was a huge deal, just a heads up. I would definitely stay here again. The sunsets are beautiful! Aloha!🤙🏽
