REMODEL zojuist voltooid! Dit enkele verhaal Kapalua Villa biedt het allemaal; dicht bij veel van Maui's topstranden, kampioenen golfbanen, bekroonde restaurants, prachtig uitzicht en een rustig en rustig resort met prachtig aangelegde terreinen en meerdere zwembaden. Geniet van 's ochtends koffie, majestueuze zonsondergangen en dineren op deze grote lanai.

Kapalua Golf Villas 15T 7 & 8 is een villa met 1 slaapkamer en 2 badkamers met uitzicht op de Kapalua Bay-golfbaan en gedeeltelijk uitzicht op de oceaan. Deze unieke woning heeft een tweede kleine slaapkamer, ingericht met een tweepersoonsbed; een perfecte ruimte voor kinderen. Er is ook een uitklapbare slaapbank beschikbaar voor extra gasten.
Deze villa is onlangs gerenoveerd en beschikt over een geheel nieuwe keuken, met aangepaste kasten, verzonken verlichting, granieten aanrechtbladen en nieuwe roestvrijstalen apparaten! Deze villa is onlangs ook bijgewerkt met alle nieuwe meubels, inrichting, tapijt en verf! De oversize Lanai beschikt over een eettafel, stoelen en chaise lounges. Zowel de woonkamer en de master bedroom open voor de Lanai, waardoor prachtig natuurlijk licht en waardoor de oceaanbries doorheen het huis stroomt. Als u liever koelde lucht aan zee breezes, dit huis beschikt over centrale airconditioning.

De keuken is volledig uitgerust en open voor de woonkamer. Voor extra zitplaatsen, is er een eettafel voor vier plus counter bar zitplaatsen. De grote slaapkamer is voorzien van een comfortabel kingsize bed en een eigen badkamer met een grote inloopdouche met hoge glazen deuren. Slaapkamer opent ook naar de ruime Lanai. De villa is uitgerust met een wasmachine en een droger voor extra gemak. Daarnaast bieden wij natuurlijk Maui gemaakt shampoo, conditioner, body zeep en lotion, strandhanddoeken en strandstoelen, koeler en nog veel meer.

Kapalua Golf Villas zijn gelegen in de buurt van veel van de beste stranden van Maui, zoals Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Oneloa, Honolua Bay en nog veel meer! Great condo with beautiful golf course view

We had a great time at this condo on Kapalua Golf Course. At check in, the code we were given did not work and I was not able to get ahold of the management company immediately, but after a few calls, I got through to them and they reset it for us. The condo was well cleaned and stocked. I didn’t know, but they provide beach chairs and boogie boards as well! We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family!

The reviews are correct. This place is great. The beach umbrella is hopelessly broken so don’t count on using it like we did. When we mentioned this to the property manager, they said it’s not something they replace. Suggestion is to throw it away and replace it. Thx

Kapalua does not disappoint!

Our villa was in a great location on Kapalua’s property. A bit hard to find upon arrival because of it being dark and rainy but otherwise we enjoyed our stay immensely. The kitchen was well equipped. The villa spacious for a family of 4. The extra bedroom was key! As was the spacious porch. The location was easy to walk to beach access and right next to the pool. The welcome guide needs an update with Kapalua offerings. There is a shuttle that will pick you up and take you on property- which we were not aware until mid trip. Highly recommend this villa for small families!

Comfortable, quiet and convenient

We loved everything about our stay in this great condo. The oversized lanai is amazing. Very clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk everywhere (9 minutes to the beach at Kapalua Bay with an inflatable paddleboard on my back). We loved having boogie boards and chairs to use, too (D. T. Fleming Beach was a gem). Lots of great restaurants in the area. (Joey's Kitchen in Napili was a fave.) In short, we can't wait to go back and would love to stay here.

Wonderful stay in Kapalua!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Kapalua golf villas! We really enjoyed how peaceful and quiet it was, yet close enough to restaurants and shops that we didn't feel isolated. The unit was exactly as it looks in the photos and had plenty of space for the two of us. Its too bad that the second bedroom isn't bigger, as we would have loved to come back to the unit with another couple. We only really had to contact myperfectstays once, when we couldn't find the beach gear, as everything else was pretty straightforward and we didn't have any issues. Just a heads up that there aren't really any condiments etc in the kitchen to use, so you will need to purchase those things or go without. Other than that, we had everything else we needed, as we cooked all our breakfasts and some lunches in the condo. We were so busy during our stay that we only used the pool once and had it all to ourselves. We are so glad that we chose to stay here, as we would not have been happy staying somewhere like Kaanapali that was insanely busy and crowded. If you are looking for some relaxation, and peace and quiet this is the place!

Beautiful!

Our family of five enjoyed our week long stay here immensely. The beds were comfortable and we slept great! We loved the serene setting from the Lanai and were impressed with the comfortable high quality outdoor furniture. The boys especially liked to watch the golfers in the mornings. The sunset view is gorgeous in the evenings with the birds singing all around. It was incredibly easy to get to the places we wanted to go. Napili and Kapalua Bays were within 5 minutes driving distance or you could choose a 10 minute walk. I personally appreciated the personal touches such as the list of favorite recommendations. We ended up taking the recommendation for Slaughterhouse beach for boogie boarding, and it quickly became a favorite of ours too. We even saw a sea turtle making his way across the sand into the ocean there. The property services were quick to respond to our communications as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Relaxing Stay

We have stayed at many Kapalua properties over the years. This Kapalua Golf Villa was in a quiet area of the resort. We enjoyed being able to walk to the pool in just 2 minutes. Its and easy walk to the village and to several beaches from this unit. The kitchen is well appointed with more dishes and pans than were necessary for our trip. The support staff were very available when we had questions. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay for our family of 3 (with our 8-year old daughter) and also one of our parents for part of the time! It’s most comfortable for 3 but certainly wasn’t cramped or uncomfortable with 4 people. Everything was as represented. The updated bathrooms and kitchen were very nicely done along with the rest of the unit. We stayed two weeks and cooked all but two meals in and we had everything we needed for that. It was easy to find and nice to have a covered parking space. We used the pool quite a bit too. It was close to several beaches (our favorite was Napili Bay). We golfed on the Bay course too. This was a nice, quiet community to stay in. We enjoyed a lot of time in the nice-sized lanai during the morning, the day, and evenings. It was easy to find. We were communicated with well by the property manager but really didn’t need anything during our stay. There were beach items, cooler, chairs, etc. to use if we wanted too. There wasn’t anything we didn’t have that we needed. We would stay here again when we return and recommend it highly to others!

Wonderful unit and stay in Kapalua

On Maui for a 50th wedding anniversary celebration, this unit was perfect the three of us (Mom / Dad / 13-Year-Old Daughter). My Perfect Stays was in touch during the entire process. From emails prior to arrival to texts and phone calls during our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with our stay. The unit was recently remodeled and we were impressed with the decor and detail. The kitchen was fantasic with modern applicances (ice / water on the fridge) and loaded with everything you'd expect at home. Family room relaxing with a Roku TV for both cable and streaming. WiFi was easy to access and very quick. The small 2nd bedroom was perfect for our daughter giving her space for herself as opposed to sleeping on the pull-out coach. Each bathroom had been remodeled with modern touches and were very clean. The Master was comfortable and the pillows were amazing. The highlight was the lanai as it was not only large compared to other units, but it was furnished with high end pieces that are not included in the VRBO pics. We're actually looking for the same pieces for our own backyard area now. We will look at staying in this unit when we visit again!

Amazing views right on the golf course

Our family had a great experience at the Kapalua Golf Villas. We stayed here with friends who had a separate unit just up the hill from us and they also had an awesome view from their lanai. We would recommend this location to any family looking for a relaxing vacation spot with several amazing beaches within a 5 minute drive. We will definitely be back to this location.

We loved staying at Kapalua golf villas. It was newly remodeled, beautifully maintained and in a great location. It was nice being away from the crowds in this peaceful location. Plus, the property is located near some of the best beaches. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing, Comfortable, and Clean

Super clean property. It was the perfect Kapalua landing spot for our multigenerational family trip. We made breakfasts at the condo each morning and enjoyed watching the golfers. The scenery was so tranquil. We traveled 30 or so minutes north to see the Nakalele blowhole and stopped on our way back home at DT Fleming beach for a swim and lunch at the Shake Shack. Highly recommended. We went nighttime snorkeling nearby with Joey from Shoreline Snorkel. That was a cool experience! All in all a great trip. The condo was perfect.

Exceeded our expectations.

We had fairly high expectations for this rental and we were not let down. The grounds and pool areas were extremely well kept and the rental unit itself was spotless with new appliances. Would definitely recommend this unit and stay here again in the future. As for location, this is about a 10 minute walk from two beaches and several restaurants are nearby. You will need a rental car otherwise to get around Maui, which wasn't an issue for us at all as the roads are well paved and safe to drive. We shopped at Safeway for groceries, which is about a 20 minute drive, and the rental unit has all the necessities for any meal you would want to cook. Overall rate this unit a 10 out of 10. Thank you for the excellent customer service as well.

This condo is gorgeous. It is recently remodeled and they did a very nice job! My family has been coming to Kapalua since I was born so I am very familiar with the area — there are numerous beaches that are super close (walkable or shuttle if you have a lot of stuff!), including Kapalua Bay, Napili Bay, Ironwoods, Fleming. There are also a few restaurants that we love (Sansei, Merrimans, the Honolua Store). We love going for our morning walk on the coastal trail and stopping to see the whales breaching or spinner dolphins spinning (usually in the winter months). Also love snorkeling in the kapalua Bay and seeing the turtles! This condo was perfect for us — there is space for 5 people, two super clean bathrooms, and a well stocked kitchen! We came with an infant an it even has a rocking chair. The place also came with 4 tommy bahama beach chairs, a rolling cooler, beach towels, and an umbrella. Oh and we got a free Kimos Hula Pie in Lahaina! We would definitely stay here again!! Felt like home. Perfect for Us

We stayed in this unit for 9 nights. It was very clean, updated, and comfortable. Nice decor as well. The kitchen is functional and has everything you need. We went to the beach almost everyday and found everything we needed. Loved having the beach chairs. Also, the location allows you to walk to the beach pretty easily. I highly recommend this unit and if coming back, would choose it again. Thank you for a lovely, relaxing stay!
