Stay right on Napili Bay beach, considered by many one of the top beaches in the world. This upgraded and remodeled studio will help you feel right at home when it’s finally time to relax after your all day activities. Along with being directly on the beach, you can enjoy year round sunset viewing from just sitting on your lanai. This is the top floor, corner unit that gives you some of the best privacy of the complex. Your sleeping arrangements consists of a king size bed with a very high end mattress. A 70 inch smart TV with full cable is also there for you so your favorite shows are never missed. Very well stocked kitchen for all your home cooked meals. If you dislike the beach and water then this is not the place for you. However, if you want to experience a Maui beach at its best, then you have found it! We had an amazing stay. Location was perfect, steps from the sand and warm waters. The condo was perfect for our needs, no bells and whistles, but didn't need them. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy you space and all that goes with it.

Wonderful clean studio. Beach views superb. Only thing i would mention is the unit could use new towels both bath and beach.having an extra beach one so other one could dry. Also sheets were okay but crisp white sheets would feel better in the heat than grey polyester ones

Location, Location, Location! Wow!

Perfect location looking over all of Napili Bay! feet from the beach, everything went great! Near anywhere you want to go, whether it's a hike, atv tour, restaurants, snorkeling or just laying on the beach all day. Very clean studio. Listen to the waves all night! Thank you for the great stay, we will be back!

Amazing Condo

Great little beach unit

This is a fantastic little beach unit with exceptional ocean and beach access. It's well equipped with everything you need and being an end unit is nice in terms of privacy and quiet. The bed is VERY comfortable. It is directly on the beach so if waves crashing at night bothers you, then bring earplugs. Also, no AC in the unit. The trade winds offer decent cooling and we were very comfortable at night but some people that need it to be 65 degrees to sleep might struggle. There are two ceiling fans and box fan for additional air flow. Laundry room is available with a change machine that will accept $1 and $5 bills. It was $2 for a wash and $2 for a dry. Overall, great condo. We will definitely be back.

It was perfect

We've been to Maui 10 plus times. Usually stay in Kahana but always spend time at Napili. Pack up for the day, find parking, lug the crew to the beach then rinse and repeat. Last year we stayed, for the first time at a different condo at Napili. It was nice but you still have to a walk to the sand. This unit is on the sand. It's so close, on the beach you have wifi from the unit. We thought we might miss a pool but we didn't, especially since the beach was so close. The property is older but kept in pristine condition. There were no surprises in the unit- not bigger or smaller than it looks. Best part was how well it was stocked- that can be hit or miss. Beach chairs, cooler, wine openers, two coffee machines, salt and pepper- during our 8 night stay, we never looked for something that wasn't there.

We have stayed in this unit numerous times over years, so much so we have nick named it "our treehouse". The location is amazing and the owner of the property is very accommodating, and will always answer any questions promptly. If you stay hear you will never want to stay anywhere else. Wonderful spot right on the beach!

It was awesome getting to stay this close to the beach and listening to the ocean every night. Super convenient by not having to go try and find parking and walk to and from the beach whenever you want to go to it. Loved this spot, loved playing golf in Maui and would want to come back sometime in the future! Thanks!

Paradise on Napili Bay!

Absolutely wonderful, clean, convenient, perfectly located property directly on Napili Bay, one of the best beaches on Maui! We’ve stayed in the area many times and this has been one of our favorite condos so far. Literally count on two hands your steps to the beach — can’t be beat. Clean and modern inside with all key amenities provided, including kitchen necessities, nice beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers, boogie boards and snorkel gear. Enjoy the ocean front view from the second floor lanai and watch sea turtles swim back and forth. Being an end unit makes the space feel extra private. The small condo complex felt very safe and well cared for. Brent was very responsive throughout, and very kind to accommodate a special check in request. Mahalo, Brent for a great visit to Maui.

Cannot beat this view!

Loved this second story unit. Private balcony was such a bonus. Beach at your feet. Our only “complaint “ if you can call it that…was the waves crashing at night were so loud. Took us a few nights to adjust and enjoy. Host was awesome!

Great location with gorgeous views on the bay

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very relaxing hearing the waves break and feeling the ocean breezes. The water was so warm, we swam and enjoyed the beach everyday. We would stay there again.

Wonderful peaceful location. Can’t beat the second story views of the beach and ocean. And being in an end unit makes it feel much more spacious on the balcony. Loved how well stocked the kitchen is, made cooking a breeze.
