Great buffet breakfast. Nice comfortable room and the staff in general was efficient. However one staff member who was attendent at pool area and also the gym was very rude and was constantly harrasing my family members.

This used to be my favorite hotel in Lahore.....have stayed here plenty of times. But this time, lot's of things were markedly different: from uncourteous check-in staff to soiled laundry received back late at night after having to ask for it

Went there expecting 5 Star accommodation and service but we were utterly disappointed. Spoke with staff multiple times to try snd rectify the situation but till now have not received email from Manager. I don't like defaming a hotel on social media but I don't want others to be expecting something and be disappointed as we were. Sheets had obviously not been changed and there were holes in the sheets. Bathroom was dirty, hair everywhere (disgusting) tub was grimyand the faucets were leaking. Room's carpet was not vacumed, just filthy!! I was traveling with my aunt we needed hotwater for her hot water bottle, called "happy to help" multiple times within a 3 hr span, water never came! Yes its a dated property but for the amount we were charged for a basic room I expected way more! If you are traveling to Lahore look else where fir your accommodations! Again I did discuss this with hotel staff but have not received any responses as he said he would email me.

This hotel is NOT a 5 star hotel. The rooms are tiny and dirty - falling apart. Many amenities that need to be included in a 5 Star hotel are missing. This lahore location is a 3 star hotel at best. The SWAT location is truly a 5 star hotel where i also stayed. Save your money and go somwhere else, this hotel is not worth it. I booked 2 delux rooms and they gave me standard rooms while still charging me for delux rooms. This hotel is old and needs major renovations to be called a 5 star. Do not stay here!

It has turned into an oversized 2 star hotel. the only thing that stands out is the attitude of its staff. in all the restaurants and elsewhere..their helpful attitude and energy is the only thing that impressed me.
