Beautiful 2 bedrooms apartment with terrace, for maximum 6 persons.



This apartment was recently renewed and it is located in a historic house dated 1420. Modern and rural style blend perfectly together in this apartment.



It consists of a double bedroom, a triple bedroom, a bathroom with shower, bidet, toilet and sink, a living room with single sofa bed and kitchenette and terrace.



The separate kitchen is well equipped with dining table, dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.



The covered terrace allows you to eat outdoor, enjoying the pure mountain air during the warmer months.



The apartment is on first floor and can be reached only by stairs.



In this specific apartment pets are not allowed.



Wi-fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.

The Bio & Spa Family Schönau offers modern apartments with a small and cozy wellness area, in an idyllic location in Valgardena.



The house is located not so far from Ortisei, in an idyllic area, surrounded by green fields and a unique view. The location is particularly favorable, being close to Valgardena but at the same time gives the possibility to explore the surrounded places, such as Chiusa, Bressanone and Bolzano, all about 30 minutes far by car.



The Schönau is not just a conventional holiday place, but a real little natural world to be explored! Surrounded by green fields you can find the 2 houses with apartments, a rural farm, a small but cozy wellness area and a playground for children. All near to green meadows up to the edge of the wood.



All apartments are furnished with style and comfort oriented. There are 4 apartments in total, also suitable for big groups.



The small wellness area can be used totally free of charge. It includes a Finnish sauna, a hot tub, a plunge pool with cold source water and a relaxing hay bed.



The big playground for children allows parents to relax completely while their children could have fun safely.



Ortisei can be reached by car in just 5 minutes or in 10 minutes by public bus, which is free. The bus stop is only 100 m far from the house. In the center you will find different services such as bars, restaurants and shops.



Skiers will be particularly happy with the free shuttle service to the ski lifts in Ortisei (available only in winter from Monday to Friday).



The Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable cars and the Rasciesa trains depart from Ortisei, allowing you to reach the famous Sellaronda in the Dolomiti Superski area and during summer to make amazing hikes surrounded by the Dolomites.



Besides of a rustic cellar, which you can reserve privately to spend some time together, the house offers also free private parking, Wi-fi, washing and dryer machine, skiroom and boot dryer.



Animals are allowed only in some apartments and on request.



The small alpine world of Schönau is ready to offer you a unique and unforgettable holiday.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.

Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in

Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)

Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.

In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).

It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.

Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.

The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.

The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.

If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.

The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!

Wir kommen wieder!

Eine richtig tolle Wohnung mit richtig super herrlichen Gastgebern. Uns wurde sofort die eigene Garage angeboten und unsere Motorräder abzustellen. Außerdem läuft dort alles sehr familiär ab und wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nochmal wieder.
