Layout~

Main Level:
The main level features a bright, open-concept living area, where the newly built eat-in kitchen flows into the spacious living room. The kitchen offers elegant granite countertops and ample seating with six stylish bar stools, creating a comfortable space to gather with friends and family while meals are being prepared. Directly off the living room, a spacious balcony offers subtle views of the lake and beautiful tall trees.

There are two cozy bedrooms on the main level, each featuring a plush queen-sized bed, ensuring restful nights after a day of adventure. One of the bedrooms features a desk for guests who need to work during their stay. Nestled between the two bedrooms is a totally updated full bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo.

Lower Level:
The lower level feels like its own private retreat, with a fully finished "second suite" that walks out to the outdoors. It features a second full kitchen with fresh new cabinets and stunning granite counters, open to a cozy dining area for four. The additional living room is the perfect spot to relax, with a brand new queen-size pull-out Tempur-Pedic sofa for extra comfort.

Just off the living room, you'll find a spacious third bedroom, complete with a huge California king bed — the perfect place to rest in luxury after a day of exploring. Downstairs boasts a laundry space with a brand-new washer and dryer.

Lake Access~

Our home is situated in a tranquil area with two access points on Sanford Lake. Sanford Lake is a NO WAKE lake. Message Emily regarding electric pontoon rentals in the area. The primary access point is a 4-minute drive (shown in photos) offering a boat launch with a dock, a children's play area, picnic tables, and a small sandy beach. The secondary lake access point is a 2-minute drive down the road and provides an ideal location for quickly launching your kayaks.
