Summary: This home is perfect for large family, friends gathering, church retreat, or work retreat. It has 3 levels with 3 different living rooms for everyone to scatter without feeling cramped. The separate tree/play house behind the main house has 2 levels with sitting area/lounge day bed and gathering/game rooms with a small bathroom. The tree house is not heated but have space heaters. We have games: Ping Pong, Foosball, giant connect 4, air hockey, bouncer, arcade. For adults Mahjong table, poker, arcade, air hockey, Karaoke, and miscellaneous board games and puzzles.

As you cook, you can chat with loved ones lounging on comfortable sofas, ensuring no one feels left out. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to elaborate dinners. There is a walk in pantry stocked with items you may have forgotten. Step outside onto the wrap-around deck for a breath of fresh mountain air, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or relax while waiting for the burgers on the gas grill. There is a half bath by the foyer of the front door and a closet. On mid level is the entertainment TV room access that steps into a 2nd wrap around deck surrounded by pine trees. The lowest level down has another sitting area that can easily be converted into a temporary sleeping area with privacy screens or just use as additional gatherings area. On this level offers a bedroom with a king bed and insuite bathroom. From this level step onto the lowest deck where you can either sit on the bench swing with an engaging book or cross the bridge to the 2 leveled tree house. Inside the tree house your find Pac Man, space invader full size RK, electric air hockey table, foosball table, play kitchen, and small tepee for both adults and the little ones. Around the tree house are towering pine trees with whimsical faces sure to delight. The closeness of the pines around the tree house invites you to embrace the outdoors, making you feel as though you’re truly immersed in nature. Rest on the hammock and gaze at the canopy of pines and trees. The entire property is fenced in so children can enjoy imaginative play and outdoor adventures safely whilecreating unforgettable memories. Property parking is easy in the front of house up to 3 and in the back enough for another 4 cars. Smart TV in every bedroom.
