Dit prachtige nieuwere huis is gelegen in het hart van Lake Arrowhead. Ligt boven Burnt Mill Beach en grenzend aan het dorp, het is op een ideale locatie. Vrijwel elk raam in dit lichte en luchtige huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Op het hoogste niveau van dit huis is een warme ruime grote kamer met gewelfde cielings en grote ramen om het uitzicht vast te leggen. Ga zitten en chat met uw familie of vrienden rond de majestueuze stenen open haard. Kook een heerlijke maaltijd in de gastronomische keuken die alle gemakken van thuis heeft.

Er zijn twee grote buitendekken, het bovendek is perfect om te barbecuen, dineren of gewoon te ontspannen en de vogels en eekhoorns te bekijken. Word elke ochtend wakker met de zon die uit het meer glinstert vanuit uw echt decadente master suite. Geniet van de frisse berglucht vanaf een bankschommel van het privébalkon van de master suite met uitzicht op het noorden. De master badkamer heeft een groot bubbelbad en een aparte glazen douche met dezelfde dramatische uitzichten. Met slechts drie minuten lopen naar Lake Arrowhead Village, kunt u genieten van de vele leuke winkeltjes, restaurants, kunstgalerijen, supermarkt en gratis openluchtconcerten in de zomer. Loop naar Burnt Mill Beach om te spetteren, zwemmen of bruinen. Een wandeling van vijf minuten langs het meer, u kunt vissen, genieten van de zon of BBQ vanaf de eigen single slip dock. Neem de tandemkajak voor een draai naar Lone Pine Island en voer de eenden.

Lake Arrowhead is meer dan alleen zomers plezier, het is ook een Winter Wonderland! In Lake Arrowhead Village maakt Santa zijn eerste optreden eind november voor de jaarlijkse Tree Lighting Ceremony. Geniet in december van het jaarlijkse dorp Fire Fire of Taste of Lake Arrowhead van The Firefighters. Neem in de nabijgelegen Blue Jay deel aan de Blue Jay Christmas Parade, of ontspan en geniet van een film in het plaatselijke theater. Voor het meer avontuurlijke type, probeer het hele jaar door schaatsen op Ice Castle Skating Rink. We had a great time at this place with easy access to the village and lake. Dock is a little further away. There were a few hiccups: wifi password listed on VRBO website was incorrect, TVs were not functioning when we arrived, Apple TV/Netflix were not functioning (necessary with little ones). Our host-Laurie was very helpful though, resolving most of the issues. She provided the correct WiFi password on the first call and had the cable people out the next day to get all the TVs working. The cable issue was not really her fault, as upgraded cable boxes had been delivered some months prior and were not installed. Apple TV/Netflix also did not get fixed due to challenges getting new equipment installed, but Laurie kept in constant communication and she really felt bad that these hiccups arose. Overall our stay was great and Laurie is a great host, will definitely stay there again.

This is our 3rd stay and honestly cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The home is spacious, extremely comfortable, very well-appointed, and super conveniently located for everything we want to do. The owners are amazing and we feel like they are family friends. Grateful for the time here!

Great property over all! Comfortable & clean. The property is well stocked except in glassware, plenty of reusable plastic cups but only a few real glasses…. The dock was fantastic & perfect for paddle boarding, water play & relaxing! My mistakes: Thought i could get the ALA wrist bands before checking into the house, but needed the card from the property. Had thought we could pick up wristbands for the adults in my group but each wristband must be received & attached individually in the office. Lessons learned.

This house is gorgeous, in a great location, close to the lake and village, and the rooms and decor are spectacular. The owner was generally responsive (including when we struggled to turn the alarm off when we arrived after midnight! Thank you Laurie!), but the TV's did not work, and we were not told how to work them when we reached out for help. Regardless, I highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

I recently stayed here with my three young daughters and parents to experience the recent snow fall, and we were absolutely thrilled with our stay. The house is exactly as listed, beautiful, clean, spacious, and perfectly located. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone with children looking to stay near the Village.

This place is amazing! The kitchen table is big and round for fun family games! The wood fireplace is beautiful. The location is perfect. Stunning view and you can walk to the lake for hiking trails and the Village! The dock is super cool and so relaxing to watch sunset and all the birds! This house is super clean, communication with host is easy, and those are what we always look for in our vacation getaways! We will definetly be back!

As a longtime visitor of LA with a lot of family history & traditions, it is super important for us to have a "home away from home" while at the Lake. This home is perfect. We are repeat visitors and plan to make it an annual (at least!) tradition. Owners are lovely and always make sure our stay is comfortable in every way. We love the home and the Smith family!

This house worked very well for our group--our family of four and my friend and his son. It just so happened that my friend's spouse was not available for the trip, so the bed situation worked out for us. (I think this would be a lot more rentable if it had two rooms with queen bed or larger). The living room and kitchen are on street level with the garage. The bedrooms and something of a family room in between them are downstairs. The master is large with a king bed and large en suite bathroom. One notable quirk is that the shower has a large, _clear_ (not frosted) window in it. I suppose people figure there aren't people directly outside, but a telescope across the lake could easily see in, especially at night. We fixed this by temporarily taping up aluminum foil. One bedroom with a bunk and trundle was perfect for our kids and our friend's child to share and have fun sleepover-style. The kitchen is nice with a large island, gas stove, dishwasher, and modern refrigerator with ice and filtered water. The garbage disposal broke while we were there, but that was just a minor inconvenience. Kitchen pots and pans are what we've come to expect at rentals. They exist, but are quite worn, but serve their purpose. Although we thought we'd enjoy the foosball table, air hockey, and ping pong in the garage, we ended up not bothering because of the cold. Also, there is a boat taking up half of the garage, so there isn't space to open the ping ping table. I tested the air hockey, and it's worn and the pucks don't slide easily. But we that didn't take away from our experience and we enjoyed our stay. The location is on a narrow street, which many of the houses in the area are. I was very thankful that it didn't recently snow and there wasn't ice on the road, as it would have been pretty scary to get to the house in those conditions. (We have an AWD SUV, but I live in LA and I'm not accustomed to driving in snow.) Also, Laurie was fairly responsive to chats on Vrbo and I appreciated her support before and during our stay! She provided her phone number as well, but I never had anything that urgent. Overall, we would stay there again with this group!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed here and we absolutely love it. Great host/hostess and it was a pleasant surprise to arrive and receive a lovely welcome gift. The house is so clean and cozy. Great amenities and beautiful lake views. Heat and AC work great, internet and TVs are great, kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need, gas and wood fireplaces. And the best part is that you can just walk down the little hill to the docks and town!

Went during heat of summer . I sent a message before I booked to make sure property had A/C . Description says it does and also messaged me stating it did. The upstairs (kitchen , dining, living room ) did not have A/C . It was broken . Also , the cleaning fee was 300$ which is extreme on my opinion , then the owner sends rules stating if you use more than 4 towels to “wash “ them and you bill be charged 5$ per towel . ?? Really ? Third , NOT INTIL AFTER YOU BOOK , they send you an email stating that you cannot use the dock /lake because of a lawsuit . That info should be listed before you book . And lastly , the owner states the wi—fi is shotty —in in fact , does not work . I paid 500$ plus per night . There are other rentals that are less expensive . The cabin was hot the entire week . We could not even sit or eat upstairs .
