Each level has its own bedroom and full bathroom, giving everyone private space to retreat. The ground-level primary suite includes a private en-suite and direct deck access. Parking: 3 uncovered spaces in the driveway. No garage. Please adhere to local county rules for street parking, and keep all vehicles in the designated driveway to avoid tickets or towing.

Stroll to UCLA Bruin Woods or drive minutes to Lake Arrowhead Village, Cedar Glen, SkyPark, and the area's top hiking trails. Snow Valley is 15 miles away; Big Bear Lake is under an hour.

There are 3 parking spaces available. There is no garage. All parking spots will be uncovered in the driveway.
