Sunshine Cottage & Dockhouse

Summary:

The Lakefront Cottage offers quintessential mountain living. You'll be steps from the water and a short walk along the water from the Lake Arrowhead Village. Built in the 1930's and restored throughout the years, the cottage embodies all the charm of Lake Arrowhead from decades past. Modern upgrades, such as the Viking oven and range, and beautifully curated furnishings ensure you'll feel quite comfortable... but perhaps your favorite part will be the incredible dock just beyond your deck.



The Space:

The Cottage is located as close to the lake as you can get! The trail from the deck goes directly to the dock and water. Enjoy floating on innertubes or swimming to Orchard Bay right from our dock.

We have multiple outdoor spaces, a koi pond, and peeks of the water through the trees from different places on the property.

Our street is wide and flat, making it the best in winter for easy access. You'll be located not far from the main road around the lake, which puts you minutes away from two grocery stores, several restaurants, the Brewery, and Village shops.

Entry into the home is great for older guests, which has only two steps to the front door (very rare for mountain homes!).

Kids will love the upstairs bonus room with their own tv and space for play.

Bedrooms are all wonderfully outfitted. We have 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 full beds.



Other Things to Note:

All guests can enjoy lake access and our own private dock, which comes with shade, outdoor dining table, and floaties!
