'Beautiful small town close to the springs and softball fields of Newberry. The home was a perfect oasis with kicking air conditioning and plenty of space for everyone. I'd definitely come again if we're in the area. '

This is a incredible location with fantastic amenities--really everything you need for a fun, relaxing river vacation.I would recommend reading the property description closely and making sure that it's a good fit for what you're planning. 'We rented this home to attend the Suwannee Spring Festival with our Florida friends. The home was at a great location to do that and provided us with the quiet restful nights we were looking for during our vacation. We will definitely stay again.'

'Our stay at the cabin was amazing! We especially loved the neighborhood parks in the area. Hodor Park was beautiful, peaceful, and never crowded — it felt like our own private retreat. We also had a great time at Ginnie Springs, which was perfect for some family fun with the kids. 'The property is beautiful and right on the water. There was a grill and hang out spot under the house to keep us dry when it rained and a fire pit out back for when it wasn’t. Super close to several gas stations and a dollar store. In between numerous springs, we chose Ginnie Springs. We love having our own spaces still when we vacation so having a whole house was awesome! The owner was very helpful and easy to contact throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and will be back!'

'I have never stayed anywhere that was so accommodating. The house and property has everything you need except your clothes and toothbrush! The home was beautiful and comfortable with easy access to the boat ramp and a dock for parking. The owner was super easy and very informative. We love the Suwannee and the home and will definitely be back! Bonus was he has a campsite beside the home so we had another family tag along for the trip. No worries vacay!'

'Excellent July 4th getaway, exactly as advertised. '

'Beautiful place with a cool vibe crystals everywhere. My 2 cats and I stayed in the cat room. Yard and porches were amazing. Saw deer at any time of day whole families with fawns. The owner supplied food for them and answered any questions I had immediately. Very nice furniture indoors and out. I brought way too much stuff they had everything there I needed now I know for the next time. Same time next year had so much fun at the springs'

'Great secluded country setting. Plenty of room and very comfortable for 4 adults.Was perfect for our needs.Host was very gracious and accommodating!Note that the driveway is not paved and farm animals are nearby.Expect we will return for future stays as it is very handy for visiting several state parks.'
