'Outstanding staff and housekeeping'

'Room was clean and nice but the bathroom shower had mold growing in the corners and on the bottom edges. Also no place to put soap and no soap dispenser in shower. Otherwise nice hotel.'

'Breakfast good and tasty. Great assortment of food'

'Our check in process was problematic, finally got to our room and our RV didn’t work. Woke up in the morning to shower, shower had black mold and the shower didn’t work'

'Cabin was clean, however, in the listing it does NOT say anything about needing to bring your own towels and bed linens. No basic toiletries, no coffee, no bathroom hand soap. Had I not read the message I received from them before leaving home we would have been up a creek.'

'Another excellent stay here! The 24 hour pool and hot tub are such a great bonus and the rooms are always clean in every aspect. The staff is always outgoing and happy to help, the breakfast every morning offers a great variety from waffles and pancakes, to cereal and oatmeal, sausage, hard boiled and scrambled eggs, breads and pastries, fresh fruit, as well as coffee, tea, and juices. I frequent this hotel more than anywhere else I stay and I will always recommend it and return again!'

'New hotel, affordable'

'Goed hotel maar opvallend veel kleine kinderen door de vele attracties in de buurt'

'Very clean facility, breakfast was amazing, they had fun events throughout the week for guests, and the staff were amazing! Any questions asked were answered immediately and they went above and beyond to help with coupons for nearing stores and restaurants and also giving recommendations! Will definitely come back! Bed was very comfortable too and the whole room was perfectly sized! Perfect getaway!'

'We were told the facility was going to get a full remodel. The hotel is very old and does seriously need an update. Carpeting and curtains were terrible. Our room was nice we ended up upgrading to a larger room with a king bed and 2 queens and a pullout couch. It ended up having 1.5 bath which was nice and appeared to be 2 rooms split so it was lots of space with 4 ladies. Made for a better stay. However one bathroom did not have hand soap at all so we had to go back to the front desk and get...

'We really enjoyed the pool we had an amazing time at the hotel breakfast was great'

'Unique the rooms with balcony. Loved it very much. The Boathouse restaurant was very good. This hotel is excellent and people have a heart for their job. Nothing to change for me.'

'Close to the main road but also away from the busyness of the dells.'
