'My stay included 4 adults and 2 children. The house was clean and as described in the listing. Very close to the nearby beach and a couple of restaurants, which were great. 'The home was beautiful! Comfortable stay and super responsive host. Had a few questions answered promptly, one issue and it was resolved immediately. Hosts are very accommodating and very friendly! My family felt safe during our stay. Only suggestion would be to add washcloths! '

'This townhouse is brand new, very nicely furnished and decorated. It is within distance to all the Buffalo area has to offer.The cleanliness is immaculate, and it is well stocked with essentials. John the owner responds within minutes if needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. The visit was only 2 nights, however, so much more relaxing than a hotel and a very quiet neighborhood. We chose this home because we knew our cars would be packed with expensive gear and sitting over night-(off street parking in a safe neighborhood). Just as advertised, the house slept 6 adults very comfortably- beds were cozy after a late of playing, house is welcoming, well stocked and clean. Loved coffee on the back porch this morning.
