'The location of this hotel was a bit unusual, in a shopping mall, but it turned out to be a plus because there were several restaurants to eat at all within very easy walking distance. I was quite pleased with our room, we had a couch, a desk to use our laptops, several USB ports for recharging and I liked the layout of the room. 'Staff was nice, breakfast was far below expectation. Parking is paid at this location, while it's just a quiet area with only businesses, no shops or restaurants. Parking used to be free/included. Even though the name suggests differently, this place is far away from the Irvine Spectrum mall, for sure not walking distance. 'Hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. It is fairly need and has a friendly atmosphere. Also lots of shopping and food nearby. Breakfast buffet was also really good, no need to go out for breakfast. During the week there is also free diner. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite which was very convenient as we were travelling with young childern. There is a very nice pool and courtyard, but we did not use it as we were there over x-mas.
