'We hadden 1 nachtje geboekt dat zijn er 2 geworden. Personeel vriendelijk. Kamer was ruim met balkon heerlijk alleen wel veel lawaai. Maar dat maakt niet je kon naar een dagje uit nog even lekker buiten zitten. Kamer was ook ruim en netjes alleen géén huishoudelijke dienst. Maar dat is normaal na corona dat ze de kamer niet meer komen opruimen prullenbakken lopen dan over. Ontbijt ruime keus mooie grote lichte ruimte om te zitten. Centraal je ben zo aan de kust mooie Mall in de buurt auto staat...

'The engineering staff set the thermostat temperature to whatever they want. The thermostat in the room is operated by an occupancy sensor which does not detect any movement over night, resulting in resetting the temperature to whatever the engineering team set to! This was intended to save energy at the expense of the customer's convenience!! I had to wake up twice at night to make sure the sensor detected me and that my temperature setting is reactivated.'

'Everything was fine. I always enjoy my stay there. As far as amenities go it's a small gym and pool, which I don't use, so it doesn't have any effect on me.'

'Staff was nice, breakfast was far below expectation. Parking is paid at this location, while it's just a quiet area with only businesses, no shops or restaurants. Parking used to be free/included. Even though the name suggests differently, this place is far away from the Irvine Spectrum mall, for sure not walking distance. I used to come at this place regularly but I will go to another place next time when I need to be in the area,'

'Great location for family visit. Friendly helpful front desk staff. It was quiet! Clean room & appreciated the kitchen. Did not like paying for parking. Water faucets could be tightened as too much water is being wasted, in the shower especially. Bathroom air vent needs a serious cleaning. My stay was great.'

'Amazing room nice and cozy'

'From the outside, the property looks perfectly acceptable, but once one gets closer to the room, it’s a trash pit. The sidewalk, stairs and walkway to the room was littered with trash. There was a half full bottle of Gatorade pushed into the outside corner of the room, and for the 3 days we were there it never moved. The room was a mess. It was obvious that it hadn’t been vacuumed as there were piles of lint everywhere. There were long black hairs across one pillow and in the bed. The...

'Needs better care. Repairs look shoddy and half assed. Plaster splitting. Wall base had visible water damage. Rust around drains. No sink stopper. There’s a gap under the entry door. Had to put a towel down to keep cool night air out.'

'I’m not easily pleased or impressed when it comes hotels but this hotel and staff were wonderful! First the young lady who checked us in was very sweet. We were there for a basketball tournament for a few days and she gave my daughter a little snack pack for each day. The rooms were clean and I loved the outdoor area. It had a free laundry, pool, jacuzzi, basketball court, and bbq pits with seating areas. It was so peaceful sitting out there and just relaxing. They also offered free breakfast...

'Wij hebben genoten van dit hotel pp doortocht tijdens onze California trip. Alles aan dit hotel ziet er nog fris uit. Het ontbijt was prima en de mensen van de desk erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Wij komen zeker terug in dit hotel.'
