Charmant chalet wacht in het centrum van het Meer van Genève en het strand.
Wij verhuren op korte termijn, minimaal 2 nachten, maar soms ook 1 nacht mogelijk is, dan kunt u vragen. Dit is een echte business in de Stad van het Meer van Genève. We hebben een zakelijke licentie onder mijn wettelijke naam "Anthony Scalzitti", kunt u de Stad van het Meer van Genève business-afdeling om na te gaan als dat nodig is noemen. We worden gereguleerd door de stad van het Meer van Genève en de Wisconsin Ministerie van Volksgezondheid. Gelicentieerde en wettelijke korte termijn vakantiewoning. Geen zorgen over klachten van buren voor het huren van slechts een "weekend". Eigen parkeerplaats voor 3 auto's.
Omdat het een plaats van bestemming, kan ik niet automatisch een zaterdag te accepteren als een check-in, check-out datum zonder te betalen in het weekend tarief. Speciale regelingen kunnen worden gemaakt, dus bel of mail eerst. Extra kosten voor de 5e gast, afhankelijk van de tijd van het jaar.
Cottage met 2 slaapkamers (2e queensize bed in de studio) heeft een keuken in de keuken. 2 queensize bedden en een sectionele bank. Airconditioning.
Eigen terras en tuin met vuurplaats.
Wij bieden alle beddengoed, dekens, kussens en handdoeken voor de badkamer. Kabel-tv WIFI en een dvd-speler. Ruimte voor een boot ter beschikking.

Er is een oprit om toegang te krijgen tot het huisje voor een rolstoel en de badkamer is te groot voor een huisje (3 voet brede deur). Rolstoel toegankelijk bad, alleen een douche, geen bad.
Raadpleeg de huurovereenkomst voor restituties.
Restituties zijn mogelijk als ik dezelfde tijd, voorwaarden en prijs kan herlezen. U reserveert een cottage en alle advertenties worden geblokkeerd zodra u reserveert, dus wees er zeker van maar ik zal mijn best doen om te herlezen als er situaties opduiken, ik wil altijd proberen mijn gasten te helpen. Ik wil je ooit terug hebben.

Great Place

The location is amazing. Short walk to the lake and downtown. The property was cozy and clean. A stove would have been nice for cooking but we just ended up using the grill. Overall great place for a weekend getaway.

Great cozy house

We had a great time in this cozy house. We are a family of 5 with little kids and it was just perfect. It is a safe place for kids with a huge backyard. We enjoyed location, fires in backyard, brand new grill, and a warm house. Tony was great about communication. Sure we will remember this place to come back

This is a cute little cottage that was in the perfect location for our needs. Located a short two blocks from the lake, it was only another 5-10 minute walk to downtown, with lake views the whole way. There were two issues, both of which may have been circumstantial. The floor was dirty - looked like it had been cleaned with a dirty mop. Our check in was delayed (which host Tony was very helpful with), but it could be that more time is generally allotted to ensuring the property is clean. Secondly, there was a slight mustiness, which didn’t bother my husband at all, but that I was very sensitive to. We were visiting in late March, which is probably still off season for Lake Geneva, so it could be that the place hadn’t been aired out in some time. All-in-all, it was a fine home-base for our exploration of Lake Geneva and the area.

Great clean cottage for families or parties 4 to 5, conviniently located near Lake Geneva downtown.

Cottage has everything you need to enjoy Lake Geneva and surroundings. Has nice yard and patio to enjoy on warmer days. Easy in and out, manager Tony is really pleasure to communicate with, would definetly come back.

Cool Cabin Great Location

My wife and I stayed here for our Anniversary. The host, Tony, was awesome! Great communication and he let us check in early so that we could enjoy the entire day in downtown Lake Geneva. We walked downtown in 10-15 minutes several times. It was great! The Lake, Parks, Shops, Bars and restaurants. The cabin was quaint and tucked away with a cool back porch. Perfect place to chill out. We will be back!

Cottage in Lake Geneva

Very convenient, and quiet, cottage for two adults. The cottage has a second queen bed, and a couch that can be used as a single bed, but we feel it would best serve a family with younger children or adults who don’t need much privacy as the second and third beds are in the open living room rather than a second bedroom. It served our purposes well as we did not need a full kitchen for preparing meals. The owner told me he has plans to upgrade the kitchen to include an oven, cook top, and full size refrigerator. The heating and central air unit appear to be new. The bathroom is adequate and contains a shower. The location is good being a 10-15 minute from downtown Lake Geneva. Our main activity during this pandemic period was walking....10 miles from Fontana back to Lake Geneva. The cottage has a television and presumably cable and DVD. It would be useful for luddites like myself to provide some simple instructions for use. The owner was attentive, and probably would have talked me through the process if I’d cared enough to ask. Overall a good stay...I never give a 5 star review, and the only thing preventing a 4 star was the lack of a complete kitchen and the simplicity of the bathroom. Recommended.

Cute little cottage near downtown lake Geneva. Had all the amenities we needed and owner had some wood for us to use in the pit which was nice. Communication with owner was great and checkin process was a code which was a nice quick way to get in.

36 hour vacation

We had a great time staying in this charming cottage just blocks away from the lake. We loved sitting on the porch with our morning coffee. It is a lovely, quiet getaway for two to four persons. Cozy cottage super close to downtown and the lake

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this cottage. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Lake Geneva because the downtown and the lake are both super close. Also, the place has a very cabin/cottage feel, which is exactly what we were looking for. Tony was very accommodating and was also very responsive when we had questions. I highly recommend this place.

Family bonding under adversity

The cabin location is very close to downtown Lake Geneva albeit no particular view. The property host and his wife are pleasant and communicated well. The furniture and fixtures are of good quality. Important to note that "kitchen" means a sink, a microwave, and 2 small dorm room type refrigerators - no oven. We arrived with food and intent to make full meals. This isn't possible at this cabin. Also I don't recommend for cold weather. There was no thermostat and it took a full 24 hours of space heater and boiling waters on a hot plate for any humidity to get the indoor temp to 65. Also - it's important to note that one of the queen beds is actually part of the same space as the living area. We all learned to get along and survive for 3 days in unexpected conditions.

Lovely little cabin in a great location!

Such a sweet little cabin tucked away just outside of town. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Tony was very accommodating, we’ll definitely be back!
