• Parking: The property has a garage (can accommodate up to 2 vehicles) and a driveway (additional 2 vehicles).
• Pets: We welcome well-behaved dogs! Up to a maximum of two, and a fee of $35 per dog, per night applies.
• If you plan to bring dogs, please notify us in advance and indicate the number of pets so we can adjust the invoice and inform our cleaners.
• Please keep pets off furniture and bedding, and bring a pet bed for their comfort. If pets go upstairs, kindly wipe paws after outdoor adventures.
• Please clean up after your pups. If pet hair, dog waste, stains, smells, or damage is found, an excess cleaning fee of $100 will be charged.
• Smoking: strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am.

Notes:

• NEWLY ADDED: Dartboard Cabinet with digital scorekeeping and soft tip dart set, 3-in-1 Pool, Table Tennis, & Game/Puzzle Combo Table (2 cues, 2 chalk, a complete billiards ball set, a billiards brush and ball rack, 2 paddles, 2 table tennis balls, and a net), and Foosball table.
• For the fitness room: Pro-Form ProShox3 Treadmill, NordicTrack Eliptical, and Resistance Bands. (Weights - COMING SOON!)
• The unit has a central heating and air conditioning system. Please return the thermostats to 65 degrees (cold season) and 68 degrees (hot season) when leaving.
• Spare blankets and pillows are stored in bedroom closets. Fresh towels are provided in each bedroom, with additional sets available in the cabinets.
• An emergency kit is located in the kitchen pantry closet for your convenience.
• The electrical board is in the utility room downstairs.
• Please utilize the garage for storage of bikes, water toys, etc. Leave the driveway and yard clean of objects for neighborhood presentation and lawn care reasons.
• The fireplace is operated using the control panel at the bottom of the staircase. Please ensure it’s turned off when not in use.

Fireplace Instructions:

1. Open the glass doors and wire screen.
2. Open the flue: Find the circular flue lever at the top center of the fireplace opening. (Left = Closed, Right = Open)
3. T-handle and lighter are located in the basket on the mantel.
4. Turn on the gas: Use the T-handle on the gas valve to the right of the fireplace. Turn it 45° counterclockwise to start the gas flow.
5. Ignite the fire: Keep your face and hands back. Use the lighter at the base of the logs to ignite.
6. Adjust heat: Close the screen, then turn the T-handle a full 90° for a warmer fire.
7. If you smell gas: Make sure the flue is fully open by moving the circular lever to the right.
8. When finished: Turn the gas valve off, return the T-handle and lighter to the basket, and close the flue (Hot).

Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $250 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in, through to check-out.
