We also replaced any chipped items. As far as the rental fee goes our property is competitively priced. Not sure why you say the room is dated because it's personal preference and pictures of the suite are listed. I was unaware of your unpleasant stay . In the future please address hosts of any issues so we can rectify your concerns right away!

Thank you for your feedback. Our property is competitively priced. Also if you check in through the resort they charge 15.00 a day resort fee, plus Sales Tax AND Occupancy Tax. Also you might get a room that has NOT been updated at all since every room is owned by an individual owner and managed by the resort. Many rooms offer standard finishes with no personal touches. If you read through SEVERAL other reviews, we have been told we have one of the best locations in the resort and have been rated 5 STARS! We offer a clean comfortable suite with many extras and exclusive offers mentioned in the listing. Lastly, our suite is listed correctly as a luxury spacious studio suite that sleeps 4 comfortably. I've also been proudly recognized as a Premier Host. Thanks again for your feedback.

We appreciate your feedback so that we can improve where needed. All items have been addressed. The toilet was just replaced prior to your stay with a new comfort height toilet. Apparently they did not tighten the toilet enough, it's been fixed. We also have hired a new cleaning girl who's very meticulous. Thanks again for your feedback

Kate, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. The comfort and safety of our guests is our top priority. Due to COVID, we have taken extra cleaning steps to keep our guests and staff safe. Our check out list is all spelled out in our rental reservation which you agreed to once you booked. You were there for 4 nights and you left a mound of trash in the kitchen, and the furniture was all rearranged. I received an invoice from our cleaning service and I sent you a copy of the cleaning bill after I received it along with photos of the condition of the room. I was responsive to your requests and even allowed you to switch your reservation dates 2x. On top of that you received a pretty nice discounted rate for your extended stay. We take a lot of pride in our condo and want every guest to feel we offer a comfortable and safe stay. We have already made many updates to our unit and in the process of scheduling more during off season.

We have takin a few extra steps to ensure complete sanitation for not only us, but you as our guest as well. We ask you to do a few things before check out to ensure we can offer the peace of mind that we are mindful and stepped up with COVID cleaning in place. We would highly suggest that every guest review our check out policy. We are also strictly enforcing that our cleaning staff to be wearing masks, and gloves while in our condo to ensure cleanliness, and sanitation while going from house to house, or business to business. If the condo didn't appear clean enough or to your standard, Why didn't you notify us immediately?????? We replaced the pillows ( again) and pillow case protectors and added a tub mat... In regard to the key issue, you arrived earlier than the check in time and once you notified us you had the wrong key, my Mom was there in 15 minutes!!!!........So seeing that she was there and you mentioned the room wasn't up to par, Why wouldn't you have addressed it at that time or soon after instead of after check out???? I personally find this unacceptable and have addressed ALL other issues with the cleaning staff immediately!!!!!! We are only a phone call away if anything is ever needed. We wished you would have let us know during your stay how we could have made your stay more enjoyable.

There are several facts in your review that are not accurate. First of all, I received notification of your issues 8 hours prior to you checking out. If there were any issues with the location of the room , noise, heat etc. Why didn’t you notify me right away??? My phone # is posted in the room and in email. I responded to your concerns as soon as I received notice. When I tried to reach out to you, you requested that I do not contact you. Since this was brought to my attention, this was reported to the resort management. They informed me these issues with the heat and vibration are related to the pool mechanical room have since been resolved. We also installed a new AC unit in our room after your stay. Also your information is NOT correct. Our suite is located on the SECOND floor and we have a QUEEN sized bed, NOT a full size. This is also listed as a studio bedroom suite. There are quiet hours that are enforced thru the resort so the noise from the unruly guests should have been respected but if not, should have been reported to the resort management. If the bathroom was in need of attention, You did not notify us or I would have sent the cleaning service over there right away. You also walked off with the room key and have not returned any of my calls or emails. I have installed new door locks and keys for the safety of our guests. In summary, we are only a phone call away if anything is ever needed. We wished you would have let us know during your stay how we could have made your stay more enjoyable.

The AC unit was just recently replaced after your visit with a higher efficient model in this room. The price of our room will never be more than what you would pay renting directly from the resort. By booking thru the resort, you are subject to 6% sales tax, 5% occupancy tax and a $13.00 per night resort fee. You did not contact us during your stay so we could address your concerns but any loud noises or running in the hallway need to be addressed with the hotel management as quiet times are strictly enforced. It also appears there was some mechanical pool maintenance/noise that was addressed with the resort which is has since been repaired.
