Good evening Jackie, sorry you were not happy with your 1-night stay with us. This is our 8th season here at the Admiral. In that time we have added newer furniture, new mattresses, boxsprings drapes carpets, and linens. In the past 2 weeks, we have painted the front exterior of our ground-floor units. Starting next week we are doing paint touch in all the rooms. We have had a 9+ rating in comfort and cleanliness for the past 7 seasons. After every check out our rooms are disinfected with lysol. We have 27 rooms and 29 parking spots. One spot per room. Some of our hair products are shampoo and conditioner combined. We do not allow pets except for service dogs by law. Year to date we had 1 service dog back in August and stayed 7 rooms away from you. This summer we have had an exceptional amount of rain which may have had an effect on the humidity in the room. I live on the property and our welcome sheet has my cell phone number listed so I am reachable 24 /7. I would have done my best to address your issues. If I was out of the office I may have been servicing another guest. We do take all feedback seriously and try to improve as we go ahead. Please be safe in your travels. Regards
