Vier de winter, lente, zomer of herfst met familie en vrienden in dit onlangs gerenoveerde traditionele Pocono huis direct gelegen aan Lake Harmony met nieuw geïnstalleerde centrale airconditioning! The Lake Escape is een charmant huis met drie verdiepingen, 2500 vierkante voet met vier slaapkamers, twee volledige baden, uitgestrekte dekken met uitzicht op Lake Harmony, een buitenjacuzzi-bad, eigen aanlegsteigers en een vuurplaats aan het meer. Het huis biedt u het hele jaar door toegang tot een meer van 100 meter aan het meer, evenals toegang tot een eigen aanlegsteiger, bootlancering en vuurplaats in de zomermaanden.

Het oversized dek op de tweede verdieping biedt een uniek en adembenemend uitzicht op Lake Harmony en is uitgerust met veel zitplaatsen en een Weber gasgrill. Binnen op de tweede verdieping is de gewelfde grote kamer met ramen van vloer tot plafond met uitzicht op Lake Harmony, een zithoek voor familie en vrienden, een 42 "flatscreen-tv met kabelzenders, Apple TV, dvd-speler, WiFi, stenen open haard op gas, moderne keuken en een eettafel. Er zijn ook twee kingsize slaapkamers en een volledig gerenoveerd complete badkamer op dit niveau.

Op de eerste verdieping is een speelkamer met een pooltafel, tafeltennis, een tweede zithoek om te ontspannen met familie en vrienden, een 42-inch flatscreen-tv met kabelzenders, een open haard op gas van steen en een tweede eettafel. Ook op dit niveau is een slaapkamer, een complete badkamer met bad en douche, en een wasruimte.

De vierde slaapkamer voor vier personen bevindt zich op de derde verdieping.

Tackle Jack Frost Mountain, dat een verscheidenheid aan uitnodigende terreinen met een top hoogte van 2000 voet, basis hoogte van 1400 voet en hoogteverschil van 600 voet kenmerkt. 21 verschillende hellingen, waaronder: skischool leren helling, 4 makkelijkste (beginner hellingen, 6 Meer Moeilijk (intermediaire pistes), 8 Most Moeilijke (geavanceerde pistes) en 2 Terrain Parks. Big Boulder Ski Area besteedt 50% van haar totale terrein te park beschikt. De basis hoogte is 1.700 voet met een top hoogte van 2175 voet en een hoogteverschil van 475 voeten. Big Boulder beschikt over de meest vooruitstrevende en innovatieve terrain park programma. 15 verschillende hellingen op te nemen: 4 makkelijkste (beginner pistes), 3 Meer Moeilijk (intermediaire pistes), 3 Meest Moeilijke (geavanceerde pistes) en 5 Terrain Parks. Ook beschikbaar zijn 2 sleepliften op snowtubing.

This property is a great getaway! We saw a bear, ducks and many deer. The view of the lake was great. We had everything we needed at the house provided by the owner. The firepit was great at night to relax after a busy day. The lake community was nice and people were friendly. I would recommend Nicks Lakehouse Restaurant for dinner . The HUB was another nice place for something to eat or to shop. The owner of the house was very accommodating and available if you need to talk to him about anything. Overall, the house was great and we had a great week!

We had a fabulous week at Lake Escape( so clean).This was our first time at Lake Harmony and our time to catch up and relax, laugh with our adult kids. We kayaked(4 ) on Lake Harmony; not too big or busy with motor boats. We found Hickory Run State Park ( Boulder Field and swimming lake). We went tubing on the Lehigh followed by ice cream at Piggies.Of course we hit the Amish market and found FarmHouse for a dinner out. We took Augie ,our Bernise, on lots of walks. We ended most days with cocktails and cooking a family dinner( well stocked kitchen- we love to cook together) and eating on the huge deck overlooking the lake. Once the sun went down we built a fire just about every night. The last night at Lake Escape we were visited by an adolescent bear right on the driveway ( we watched from the deck ). Great vacation - thank you Joe!

Great 4th of July Weekend at the Lake

We had a wonderful time celebrating the 4th at The Lake Escape at Lake Harmony! The house was gorgeous and being right on the lake, we had easy access and view of the waterfront. Joe was super helpful our entire stay making sure we were all set up, found the property ok, and got our time started. We also loved eating dinner out of the porch with the lake views. Highly recommend for any girls trip to Lake Harmony!

Great weekend at lake house

My family stayed at the lake house over Presidents’ Day weekend and the house was perfect. The kids enjoyed the pool table and hot tub and the location was easy to get to Jack Frost and. Big boulder. Joe our host was very accommodating and we especially like that the Wi-fi was fast and the tv provided many channels.

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Lake Harmony. Joe was easy to communicate with and checked in the first night. We loved the view and the location is great. We skied Big Boulder and went tubing at Blue Mountain. There are many restaurants nearby and we visited Nick's, Shenanigans, and The Hub. Our kids loved being in the hot tub while watching it snow.

Location was absolutely spectacular. The house was clean and spacious, offering plenty of room for gathering with family and friends. Nice big deck. Joe, the owner is great. From the moment I booked, he was responsive and always available to answer any questions. It's rare to find a rental owner so dedicated to their guests.

Beautiful house, great location

We had an amazing weekend swimming, boating, grilling and roasting marshmallows in the firepit. The house is lakefront with plenty of parking for multiple cars. Inside its spacious and clean with fully stocked kitchen. We would gladly come back for a longer stay.

Plenty of room for everyone in the family (6) and a dog. I like the location it's away from all the boats and jets ski's, so if you like to fish like we do it's perfect. We caught some nice ones. Joe is a great host, he is there to answer any questions.

Summer Vacation

The Lake Escape was everything we expected and more. The house is located on the calmer/quieter side of the lake which allowed us to enjoy the lake and walkways without boat and car traffic. The house was set up perfectly for our needs - plenty of space to enjoy family time , but then a seperate area on the lower level for our adult children to have some privacy and enjoy the hot tub and pool table. The area offers plenty of entertainment within walking distance. We took advantage of the golf car rental and it was worth every penny! The hosts were amazing to work with and responded quickly with any questions we had - which were very few because he provided us with everything before we arrived. Highly recommend !!

Great host - very good property

The host (Joe) was absolutely great. Wonderful communication prior to the stay as well as during the stay to arrange Amazon delivery and some landscaping. The property is at the north end of the lake but a short walk to Split Rock lodge and a short drive to town for Nick's, Shenanigans and breakfast places. Hiking trails are also very close and range from easy to moderate - very good for all ages.. But, to repeat, Joe (the host) was great - you will love him!

Great time at the Lake Escape

We had such a great time at the Lake Escape this past week with our entire family. We loved the break from the hustle bustle and enjoyed the boating and easy walking around the community. At night, enjoyed being at the campfire down by the lake and having s’mores with the family.
