Friends and family getaway
We were two family’s of four and were very comfortable. The kids and teens loved the game space in the basement. Close to both Jack Frost and Big Boulder. A great time was had by all!

Girls Weekend
We had a wonderful time! The house was great and very clean. The hot tub was just about the cleanest hot tub I have ever seen. The mattresses were very comfortable. Any questions I had were answered by Kevin almost immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay
The house is great, just as advertised. We loved the easy access and proximity to the beach and the Split Rock waterpark. The pool table, ping pong table and hot tub entertained everyone! Great family vacation.

Fun at Lake Harmony
Our family had a great time with the house and at Lake Harmony. We took advantage of the beach passes and had a great time swimming. Easy access to Yeti water sports, so we fished and rented stand up paddle boards, and road the banana. The house was large enough for family entertainment. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick responses.

Wonderful weekend
We had a great time. House was perfect for our needs. Only problem was gas fireplace not working in basement pool room but everything else was just as listed. Lots of sleeping options, great heat (weekend was very cold), kitchen had all we needed for meals, and Kevin was extremely responsive. Thanks!

Cleanlines, amenities, and location made for a great family ski weekend ..would receive for anyone staying in Poconos, especially if skiing at Jack Frost or Blue Mountain. Only downside was having to bring own linens since rented for less than 2 nights

The property was as advertised with unexpected extras. The extra refrigerator in the ping pong room and beverage cooler in the pool room. The two fireplaces were a cozy touch. We were surprised to find a Christmas tree in the living room upon arrival. It was nice and convenient to have thermostats in each room. Having bed linens provided was a plus. It was easy to correspond with the owner who responded quickly.

Thanksgiving getaway
Our family stayed for a holiday weekend and cooked a feast. The kitchen had everything we needed, all appliances worked well and there was plenty of space to prep, cook, and set up buffet style serving. The bedrooms were a good size, bed linens were fresh and clean, mattresses were comfortable and had bedside lamps and tvs. The furniture was comfortable to lounge and nap on, there was an extra refrigerator and freezer where the ping pong table was and that was perfect for overflow food and drinks. The hot tub was great for relieving stress and disconnecting from the busy city. The fire pit was used every night and we enjoyed sitting on the chairs and benches provided. Perfect for spending quality time together. Can't wait to visit again!

Great house and location
We depended on the house more than I expected given the lack of snow for skiing! The ping pong and pool table really helped us keep the kids busy and having fun. The owner gave very detailed operational info that helped make the transition very smooth. Location is great for Big Boulder, Jack Frost and some cool hiking trails. Would definitely recommend and return for another visit.

Great place in the Poconos!
Stayed here for 3 night with a group of friends for a bachelors party and it was a great time! The location is great and the house appears just as advertised. Communication with Barry was quick and easy. I’ll be looking to Barry for my next stay in the poconos.

Family weekend
The house looked just like the online photos. It is conveniently located for a quick walk to the lake situated near the beach area with the Yeti Water Sports. Also, the house was private and quiet especially for using the fire pit, and we used it every night. Any issues were resolved quickly by Barry and his property manager. The grandkids especially loved seeing the deer everyday in the woods near the house. We even saw a bear on the morning we were leaving.

This house was exactly what you would expect from the pictures given. The owner was nice. Everything was detailed and written regarding places to visit in lake harmony and house rules. The area is nice and quite, the neighbors (or other renters) are nice also. The area is live as well, you see people walking to the beach, etc. The house was cozy, tv in every room but several rooms had weak connections to the internet. Most TVs were connected to Netflix accounts etc. so you wouldn’t have to worry about that. Hot tub and fire pit were amazing.

Beautiful peaceful retreat
We were very pleased with this amazing home and location. It is beautifully located in Lake Harmony. Quiet and peaceful surroundings and if you like deer, there are plenty. Every morning we were greeted by a family of them. The home is clean and cozy. The hot tub was a huge hit with my teenage grandchildren. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat.

Just the right size
I stayed at this property for my birthday for a long weekend. Barry was very helpful in recommending places to go, eat, sights to see. We had 7 people total and it was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. I was a little nervous I would forget things like taking the trash out on Sunday evening, but Barry did send polite reminder texts. The only negative, which of course I knew ahead of time, is that there are no dish towels to clean your dishes before you leave. Very minor inconvenience In the grand scheme of things. It seems that people kind of “pay it forward” in leaving you hand soap, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. Fire pit was awesome! Easy clean up as well. Hot tub was nice, could be a little warmer but maybe it was an operator issue. Best part probably was waking up to see deer everywhere. As soon as we pulled up and parked there were deer in the yard which we were able to feed some corn to left by the cleaning lady. Overall amazing experience! 10/10 would recommend

Not sure what is meant by the heading as there is no basement. The house has two levels and the lower level has a pool table room with the gas fireplace that leads out to the hot tub area, a bathroom, one bedroom, the ping pong room and the laundry room. I assure you there is nothing damp in those areas and the guest never said anything to me, nor has anyone else ever said this. As for the comments about booking activities, I asked the guest since this was the first time anyone mentioned this. . I was advised this only related to doing water sports from a private vendor on the lake - Lake Harmony Inn Watersports. Nothing relating to the community or what comes with the house. This is a five star review and as stated, the house is extremely well maintained and the guests advised me they had a great time. So will anyone that rents this house.

Incredible home inclusive of all that we had hoped for!!!
For the past 20 years, my college brothers and I go away once/year to enjoy some time away and with one another. We contacted the owner of this property, Barry, who was extremely responsive and helpful in optimizing both the home and the local area. The home had all of the amenities we could hope for including a pool and ping pong table! Everything was incredibly clean and updated. The fire pit out back was spacious and private of which enabled us to enjoy some great fellowship! I plan a vacation with my family each year and will be utilizing this home for this purpose too. Thank you for such a great place of which afforded us such a memorable time! I highly recommend it...

The place is just being finished up so has some ruff around the edges aspects but overall a very nice house. Nice pool table and ping pong area. Fire pit is very nice. Location is nice, in the woods but quick access to food, stores and entertainment. Great time in Camelback doing the roller coaster and zip lines. Fire. Jacuzzi. Owner was responsive with the few issues we had. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice, clean place to stay with plenty to do while your inside or out. Thanks

Our short stay was a fantastic experience With the hot tub games pool and the 3 bathrooms made a difference. We are looking forward our return trip to the Poconos oh and you have to eat at the terra cottage!

Great time and price.
Early Fall vacation was everything we hoped it would be and more. Just needed to get a away to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet, but we also ended up doing many of the fun things offered in the area. A lot of which are free. Spending money to go away (even though the price was great) is expected ,but finding so many things like Frisbee golf , boulder field hiking and strolling around Jim Thorpe PA cost nothing was an added bonus. Some in the group never wanted to leave the house since the kids had everything the needed to have fun without stepping outside and let us relax in the hot tub while they entertained themselves for large portions of time. We now plan on making this an annual trip. Would give more than five stars if we could. And as a plus, Barry the owner is very helpful in providing tips on things to do in the area and promptly answered any questions we had.

Awesome Week
We had an amazing week at Barry's house. We were 4 adults, 2 infants and a dog, and had much more space than we needed. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and was located right near the Lake Harmony beach. The grill was used every night, fire pit was great, and there was pool, ping-pong and a PS4 to keep the adults busy during downtime. The Lake was amazing, and we were able to explore a lot of the area from Barry's suggestions that he provided upon booking. He was incredibly fast to respond with any question (literally within 5 minutes to any email or text) and the entire process of check-in and check-out was seamless. Would definitely visit again and highly recommend this house or any other of Barry's accommodations - he is a great host!

Fun fun fun. No other way to describe how much my family enjoyed staying at Barry's house. We loved walking and hiking in the area, the hot tub in the private area out back, and so much more. House had plenty of room for us and all the recent renovations were top of the line. Anyone that rents this house will not be disappointed. We plan on returning in the summer.

Wonderful Getaway
My family loved the house and the privacy of the large property. We truly felt like we had gotten away from it all.  The hot tub was a real plus in the cooler evenings, and the pool table in the game room with the large tv  kept the teenagers busy while the adults relaxed in the living room upstairs. House is quaint and roomy at the same time. It has all the modern conveniences you could want and plenty of room for our group of 12. We made great use of the brand new large flat screen 4K tvs, the pool table and the gas fireplace. We hope to make this a place we return to each year.
