King’s Lakehouse – Lakefront Winter Retreat w/ Firepit, Huge Deck & Scenic Views

Slow down and savor winter at King’s Lakehouse—a spacious 4BR/4.5BA retreat where every bedroom has its own private bath. Cozy up by the fireplace, enjoy floor-to-ceiling lake views, and host movie nights on the 85” Smart TV. With a chef’s kitchen, two living rooms, fast Wi-Fi, and a firepit for starlit nights, this home blends peaceful scenery with modern comfort—perfect for quiet escapes and time together.


All guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests.

Guests booking with us acknowledge that the property offers direct lake access without a fence or lifeguard present. By booking, you agree to release us from any liability.

Indoor Comforts + Sleeping Layout:
Each room is designed for comfort and rest after a day on the lake:

Every bedroom features its own private bathroom for ultimate convenience and privacy.

Living Room:
The heart of the home is a bright, open-concept living space with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, offering serene lake views—even when it's blanketed in snow. Cozy up on the sectional for movie marathons on the 85" Smart TV or gather around for board games with warm drinks in hand. The living area flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen space, making it perfect for cooking holiday meals, celebrating together, or simply relaxing fireside on peaceful winter evenings.

Upstairs Lounge:
In addition to the main living space, the upstairs lounge offers a gray sectional couch, coffee bar, TV, and cozy seating—all set against sweeping winter views through oversized glass windows. It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, reading by the snowy landscape, or unwinding with a warm drink as the sun sets over the frozen lake.

Kitchen & Dining:
Gather around the spacious dining table and enjoy meals together with beautiful views of the lake!
This fully updated kitchen is perfect for hosting and entertaining, featuring:
Double ovens for big group meals, two microwaves, wine fridge, two dishwashers, large island with bar seating, stainless steel appliances, drip and, keurig coffee makers, large refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, small refrigerator, stand alone icemaker, small cookware and essentials provided

Step outside and immerse yourself in all the beauty and fun of direct lakefront access:
3 adult kayaks, 1 inflatable paddleboard, and 1 canoe included

Policies:
No Fireworks
No smoking inside the home
No events, parties, or large gatherings
Must be 26 to book, no groups of young adults under 26 yrs. old.

We gladly welcome dogs with a $150 flat fee, allowing a maximum of 2 dogs. Please provide their age and breed when booking. Dogs must be fully house-trained, and we do not permit puppies. They must not be left unattended inside, and all droppings must be promptly picked up.

Your safety and the well-being of our home are of utmost importance. We have exterior security cameras for added security.

If you plan to bring your own boat, please let us know the details as soon as possible. The community requires all guest boats to be registered with the Lake Harmony Boat Group, and the process can take a few days. Registration fees may apply.
