Snoozy Bear’s lake house is ready to host you and yours! Come create memories at Big Boulder, our townhome is conveniently located within walking distance of Boulder Lake Club at the base of Big Boulder Mountain. Fall is just around the corner and there are great places to hike and peep leaves. December marks the start of Ski Season at Jack Forst, Big Boulder. We are conveniently located at the bottom of Big Boulder Mountain, just a 2 minute drive to the slopes. In the summer months we offer 8 pool passes to the Boulder Lake Club.

About the Space: The first floor of our home offers a family friendly space featuring a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar for four, dining with seating for eight and a living room with fireplace. Beyond the dining is access to the private rear deck with patio seating and a gas grill. Wander back inside and find the first of three bedrooms offering a Queen bed, workspace and private access to the first-floor bathroom with double vanity and bathtub. Climb upstairs to what feels like a treehouse. Featuring sleeping for four, one set of bunk beds complete with reading lights and book ledges, a daybed with trundle in a light airy loft bedroom. Mirroring this room is a private primary suite completing the second floor. Primary suite includes a king bed, vaulted ceiling, custom wainscoting and private access to the second-floor bathroom with walk-in shower.
