'The condo and host are excellent. The water pressure and temp is not acceptable. I have stayed in this complex in the past but in a different condo and had the same experience. I suspect the building itself might have issues.'

'The property was clean & smelled good. We were about 5 minutes away from the bridge & all of the restaurants/bars were nearby. The neighborhood felt safe/secure & there was plenty of boat parking. We stayed 3 nights & I don't think we ever saw another person at the complex, would definitely stay again!'

'This condo was even better than the listing showed. It was a perfect place to return to after enjoying the day exploring all Lake Havasu has to offer. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and it was nice to have two bedrooms/two bathrooms. The patio offered a comfortable place to unwind, and the pool and hot tub were very relaxing. We really enjoyed our time and hope to return for another visit.'

'Like the title says, the property was very clean and very comfortable. Well stocked and thoughtfully, organized the decor created a peaceful and relaxing environment at the end of a boating day. Air conditioning, ceiling fans kept us extremely comfortable nice quiet neighborhood, we’d stay again.'

'To our knowledge we were not given a gate code. I had to flag down a local person to get code. There is a sign that says to text for a parking pass, never got a response. The place has great view and is quiet. The carpets are pretty dirty and the internet bandwidth is really slow. I would say overall it is a good value '
