EEN ULTIEME Havasu-ontsnapping

Dit is een prachtige 2226 s. f. Split plattegrond huis. De inrichting is een gezellige combinatie van antiek en modern (boho chic). Het is erg ruim, maar net zo gezellig.
U komt binnen via een glazen voordeur van 8 ft of rechtstreeks via de garage voor 3 wagens. Betegelde vloeren, kathedraalplafonds en een gestapelde stenen open haard vormen de grote kamer.
Met twee banken (een verberg een bed), een 60-inch tv en schuifregelaars bieden toegang tot de grote en privétuin. Met, een verwarmd zwembad / spa en grill. Er is een extra comfortabele zithoek met een glazen vuurplaats samen met een extra afgesloten patio naast de keuken met een eettafel.

Vanuit de grote kamer leiden 8ft schuifdeuren naar een enorme meester met een ca kingsize bed, inloopkast, een slaapbank, tv, inloopdouche, wastafel en dubbele wastafels.
Slaapkamers 2 en 3 (de ene heeft een queensize bed en de andere een koning) hebben enorme kasten van vloer tot plafond.
Nieuwe verf en tapijt overal.
Deze woning is gelegen in de zeer gewilde woonwijken. Op een steenworp afstand van de golfbaan en centraal gelegen.

Love at first sight

We took two teenage girls for spring break and loved everything about this house. The beds are comfortable. The towels are plenty full and soft in the pool/hot tub are gorgeous. The location was perfect for us… It’s a lovely neighborhood and we felt very safe and comfortable we did not want to leave and will be back! .

Great stay

This is the fifth year in this wonderful Burke house. We love the location where mountains and water are in view on our daily walks. It is a short drive to great restaurants, the London Bridge, and the downtown area. The house is spacious and well designed for entertaining grandkids when they visit. The swimming pool and hot tub are great and the backyard area is spacious for relaxing and entertaining. The host is extremely pleasant and easy to work with.

This house is beautiful. The decor is very cool with so much to look at. It was very clean and stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The outside area is a great place to chill out. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. Close to all the action yet private and quiet. Lynn is a fantastic host. She responded immediately to all my inquiries. Perfect home away from home getaway!

My family gathered in Lake Havasu this summer for the first time in nearly a decade! We had too many for one location so we branched off and got several rentals. In our rental were the adults without children, and this house was perfect for us! It was large enough to not be on top of eachother but cozy enough to be able to commune together in several areas inside and out! We are all foodies and really appreciated the well stocked kitchen as well as the grill and grilling utensils! The bedrooms were comfy and all had a wonderful fan to sleep under, there was a bar located in the living room, comfortable furniture inside and out and a wonderful selection of books to peruse all around the house! The pool was a little smaller than i am used to seeing but it was perfect for us as well as all of the seating options around it! The host was wonderfully helpful with communications throughout the whole process including our last minute canine addition, but the icing on the literal cake is that they make us a "welcome" cake, it was chocolate and beautiful and delicious! I have stayed at a lot of rentals and have never experienced that. I look forward to coming back to this rental again and again!

London Bridge visit

The location had easy access to the bridge and shopping area. Several high quality restaurants near the bridge with great views of the Lake. The home had a very nice layout, great coffee selection and a chocolate cake waiting for us. Excellent home for any mix of people.

Fantastic house

We absolutely loved this house. Great location and the split layout for two couples is nice, each with king beds. The host was easy to communicate with, left us a sweet welcome gift for our arrival which we enjoyed too. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more, the pool spa and fire pit were fun and all in working order, just a great all around property.

Great weekend getaway

Brought my family (adult kids) for a weekend on the lake. This house was a great size and a quick trip to the lake and the London Bridge area. The house had plenty of things to do (swimming pool, air hockey, pool table, books, music, and of course tv). Had a great time.

Peaceful Desert Vacation

We really loved staying at this home. It was very nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quite and buitiful. We were able to feel at home inside and out on the patio, in the pool and spa.
