Our Getaway
We enjoyed Lake Havasu very much. The house was comfortable but unclean. The dishwasher broke after 2 weeks of stay. We dealt with service people constantly. We didn’t have tv for a week. We would not stay here again

NOT WORTH IT!
You deserve an upgraded property, with an attentive and honest host for what you pay. Internet did not work the first day. There are lots of TVs, but they do not work. I couldn't even connect to Netflix. If you decide to stay here, take images of EVERYTHING (inside and outside) when you arrive and when you leave. Make thorough inspections and record everything.

Great place to stay
We travel every year and usually stay in a different house each time. This is one of the best. Although we don’t spend much time in the house, the little things make the difference. By far, the most comfortable bed in a VRBO master yet. The only thing I wish was different was the steep driveway. I had to park my boat near the street. Not a huge issue. There was plenty of room in front.

Perfect for multi generational trip

You get what you pay for
The house was neat and clean and close to the launch ramp. We had to reach out to the owner on the day of arrival as we had not received the access code, we were only give a part of the code to access the property when provided and had to figure out the rest. The garage door opener did not work and the garage had to be opened manually. I contacted the owner and she stated she was not aware that it was not working. The wifi code was barely readable and also had to be figured out. In addition there was a broken chair set at the dining table in which I sat in and hit the floor. I know the owner cannot control the neighbors but we received several visits, while outside prepping for the day, from the next door neighbor ingratiating her religious beliefs. I choose that I did enjoy my stay because I did not let the issues dictate the good time we had. I have brought these items to the attention owner so I am sure they will be addressed for future renters. This is first time we have experienced these types of issues and we have used VRBO multiple times for planning our vacations and we will continue to do so.

To All Future Renters: I Strive to keep my home Well maintained and cleaned at all times. Very important to me. Unfortuantually, I had no idea the Garage Door opener had failed and has since been repaired. My Home has never received a Bad review and I am very sorry that there were issues for the tenants.

House was great for the amount of people we had. Worked out perfectly. The set up of the house was designed great as well. No complaints here and we rent every year from home away and this was the best in 5 yrs in lake havasu.

First time users of Home Away and mostly satisfied. Would like to see a new thermostat installed. Home could use some tender care. Find when looking at other listings and this one, large couches are uncomfortable, could use chairs in living room. Good location. Lighting was challenging.

Very comfortable home good location
We enjoyed our stay at Karens home. The beds were very comfortable, nice huge master BR with private bath! There were plenty of TVs, good selection of programs. The internet was super fast. The kitchen lacked a few essentials like a mixer, everyday tools, for someone who like to cook. The location is great, easy to get around town, close to all shopping and restaurants.
