  • U zult dol zijn op dit huis! Deze GEM is perfect voor al uw behoeften aan vakantie aan het meer. 1 mijl naar zowel London Bridge als Windsor lanceerhelling. Het huis beschikt over een grote oprit en meer dan 100 'RV parkeren aan de zijkant van het huis. Geen garagetoegang voor huurders op korte termijn.

    Dit huis is onlangs bijgewerkt en wordt geleverd met een gloednieuw zoutwaterzwembad en spa. Kom genieten van de prachtig aangelegde en perfect verlichte achtertuin met een propaan-BBQ en veel zitplaatsen om te ontspannen. Er zijn drie slaapkamers (1 koning, 2 koninginnen) en twee badkamers, allemaal prachtig versierd met echt houten deuren en overal travertin tegels.

    Dit huis is geschikt voor maximaal 8 personen. De Master Suite heeft een kingsize bed, een grote inloopkast, een flatscreen-tv en een eigen badkamer met zijn en haar wastafels, en een inloopdouche. Elke kamer heeft een queensize bed.

We had a great time, the house was clean and comfortable. We didn't realize the pool wasn't heated, but not a deal breaker. The owner responded right away when we wanted the whirlpool turned on.We struggled with the TV in the master bedroom and with hot water in the kitchen.Overall my family enjoyed the property and would stay again

My entire group loved it

Literally entire home was beautiful, from pool and spa to bathrooms, well stocked, very comfortable, good sound systems, lots of parking, extra towels and sheets. Only bummer was 75 degrees max AC. We were very impressed with the entire process and easiness and cleanliness of everything and will book again any time.

Weekend Gataway

The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The backyard, pool, spa, fire pit all very nice. Be aware they do have cameras in the back yard. They provide more than most. Everything was easy to find and Chris & Jen were great hosts. The only thing that should be changed/upgraded are the bed linens and pillows.

Our first trip to Lake Havasu was absolutely unforgettable, and Jennifer & the beautiful home played a huge part in that.The house was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The backyard was our favorite place to spend time. Between the pool, spa, gazebo, fire pit, and peaceful atmosphere, it truly felt like our own private resort.What really sets this property apart, though, is Jennifer. From the moment we booked, her communication was exceptional. Check-in was seamless, every question was answered promptly, and she genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay. We purchased spa heating, and she was incredibly accommodating with the times we wanted it turned on. When we didn’t end up using it one evening, she of course refunded that night’s spa fee.The biggest reason we’re leaving this review is because of what happened after checkout. My husband’s daily medication must have accidentally fell out of his pocket somewhere within the house. Jennifer immediately responded and when we were already driving back toward California, she graciously allowed my husband back into the house to search for it himself. Thankfully, he found it, and Jennifer couldn’t have been more kind and patient throughout the entire situation. That level of care is incredibly rare.If you’re considering booking this home, don’t hesitate. Thank you, Jennifer, for your incredible hospitality.

Nice little gem, close to London Bridge area.

Wife and I rented the place for a weekend getaway. Location couldn't have been better, as it was close the the London Bridge area. The house is beautiful, but no privacy in the backyard between cameras and neighbors. Jen the owner was awesome. The inside of the house was great, a few housekeeping issues that needed to be addressed, but not a big deal. The biggest disappointment was the 1 ply sandpaper they supply in the bathroom. For the cost I would expect toilet paper that doesn't hurt, so bring your own if that's a big deal for you. We would definitely rent this for the family next time we return to Lake Havasu. Rent this with confidence.

By far one of the BEST VRBO stays EVER!

We rented this place for a bachelorette weekend for 4 of us girls, and it SUPER EXCEEDED our expectations. Not only was it sparkling clean and included every amenity, the location was perfect (2 miles from London Bridge) and the view of the water was beautiful! The host was quick to respond with all of our questions, and the welcome book included everything we needed to know about our stay! As a VRBO owner myself, this place was TOP NOTCH. Would give it 10 stars if I could! We will definitely be back, and have already discussed bringing our husbands next time!
