Enjoy the open layout of this home and relax in the backyard in our private pool and spa. Grill dinner on the BBQ and dine on the outdoor dining table under the full- covered patio. Lounge and have fun in the pool house that includes arcade games, a Smart TV, sleeper sofa, and an en suite full bathroom.
The space
Casa Palisades is a three bedroom two-full bath vacation home located in Lake Havasu City, Az. Our home is very spacious and comfortable and is equipped with basic kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom essentials. The pool house on the property is the perfect lounge room as it has a Smart TV and arcade games. Pool house also has a sleeper sofa and an en suite full-bathroom stocked with towels and essential bathroom toiletries .This property has a 3-car garage with 1 bay 46 feet deep drive-thru garage which allows you to park your boat. Casa Palisades is 10 a minute drive to London Bridge and the local marinas.

Bedroom 3: Full-Size Bed, Full over Full Bunk Bed (both top and bottom bunks are full-size beds), large blade ceiling fan, closet with hangers and luggage rack, night stand with phone charging lamp, and Smart TV.

Pool House: Sleeper Sofa, en suite full-bathroom, walk-in closet with hangers and luggage rack, central AC, Smart TV, and Arcade games.

Bathrooms:
The en suite bathroom in Bedroom 1 has a double vanity and a spacious walk-in shower with three shower heads (rain shower head and double shower head). The second bathroom that caters to the two remaining bedrooms in the home has a single vanity with a shower tub. The third bathroom in the pool house has a single vanity and a spacious walk-in shower with three shower heads (rain shower head and double shower head).

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy our large and fully-fenced backyard with the beautiful lake view as you swim, dine, and play cornhole in the yard. Relax and swim in our private pool and jetted spa. Pool has a baja shelf and in-pool cocktail table with underwater seating up to 6. Grill some food and enjoy dining outdoors under the full-covered patio with ceiling fans. Sit on the outdoor sectional and drink your favorite drink as you enjoy the beautiful sunset. Finish your evening by sitting around the firepit and making some s’mores!

Other things to note
Welcome Guidebook:
Upon your arrival you will receive a detailed guidebook that contains all the house information you will need during your stay.

Check In & Check-out Policies:
Check-In is after 4:00 pm and Check-Out is at 11 am.

Cleaning and Sanitization:
In order to keep our guests healthy and safe, a very thorough cleaning process is completed upon each check-out. .

Parking:
Casa Palisades has a 3-car garage with a 1 bay drive-thru garage for boat parking. The driveway can park up to 3 cars. All vehicles must be parked on the property.

Swimming Pool:
Children must be monitored at all times when in and near the pool. Two kid life jackets are provided during your stay. Young children must wear swim diapers. No diving allowed.

Spa:
There is a controller to turn on the pool/spa/lights for both. The buttons are as front left to right.
1st- is the water feature (will be on for 15 mins at a time)
2nd- is the pool light (will be on 3 hours at a time)
3rd- is the spa light (will be on for 3 hours at a time)
4th-spa heater (will be on 45 minutes at a time)


Quiet Hours:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. Observing quiet hours during your stay ensures the peace of the neighborhood as well as our standing as courteous neighbors.

Outdoor Cameras:
For your protection and for the safety of the home, outdoor cameras are located on the premises.

Smoking:
Casa Palisades is a smoke-free home. No smoking is allowed inside the home. This also includes vaping. If smoke is detected, a $600 fee will be applied to your reservation.

Pet Policy:
We welcome family pets to Casa Palisades. Pets are not allowed on the putting green. Please pick up after pets. Always know where your pets are at all times. Any damage done by the pets will have additional charge. (price will very on the damage done).

No Party Policy:
We kindly ask you to be respectful of our home and neighbors by not having parties. Thank you for understanding.
