'Casa Palmillas' een van de oorspronkelijke vroege Lake Havasu-landgoederen in de chique 'woonwijken' buurt Wood Lane van de stad Lake Havasu in het zuiden. Het huis ligt op bijna een 1/2 hectare rustige enorme palmbomen en tuinen, rondom een groot nieuwer zwembad met duikplank en aparte spa. Dicht bij winkels en het meer, met voldoende parkeergelegenheid, slaapt het huis 9 zonder druk. 4 slaapkamers en 3 volledige badkamers. $ 388 per dag ... nog steeds beschikbaar voor vakantieweekends .... geen wilde kinderen ... meisjes zijn gekke frat-feesten ... alsjeblieft ... gezinnen .... Zelfs als je maar 2 nachten blijft ... laat deze deal je komt vrijdag vroeg aankomt halverwege de ochtend en vertrekt laat van zondag na een lange dag aan het meer of golfen. $ 150 / minimum vereiste schoonmaakkosten. Geen 'zelf schoonmaken' optie ... het werkt gewoon niet ... sorry ... Normale tarieven $ 388 per dag; 3 dagen minimum. Elke cent waard, wordt volgeboekt, check motel zomertarieven ..... Zomervakantie, minimaal 4 dagen. Goedkoper dan hotels en veel veel leuker.

Let op bed aantal: 1 King Master met eigen badkamer, bad en douche; 1 Queen prive slaapkamer en bad; 2 meer verbonden slaapkamers met bad en 3 tweelingen en een dubbel stapelbed dus 5 tweelingen; matten er voor kleine kinderen tapijt camping ... maar 9 volwassenen.

We had a family and friend get together for Labor Day and the house was perfect. The diving board brought back so much nostalgia and everyone was competing in a cannon ball competition. Great location, great host, wonderful house. We will definitely be staying here again.

It is a spacious house. It was very comfortable. The backyard is spacious. The pool was fantastic! The owner was in communication with us anytime we had a question. If you are looking for a brand new, updated place to stay, I would say you may not be perfectly happy however it had everything we needed and we were comfortable. Everything worked and we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

We loved the yard for our overactive dog. The yard is totally secured with a wall and a fence. Location of the property was close to downtown and lots of restaurants. Primary bedroom and bath were large and quiet. Overall, it was a great property!

Beautiful outdoor space

The house was well set up for large family. The landscaping, backyard area, grill and multiple lounge chairs around the pool were great for spending time outside. We were disappointed the pool wasn’t heated when we got there, but we should have confirmed that earlier. We weren’t familiar with when pools are heated in this area. Owner was very helpful.

Lovely Back Yard & Pool

We enjoyed our time in the outdoor area with the large pool and diving board. This was an excellent set up for entertaining guests throughout the week. Very spacious patio with lots of lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas for enjoying pool time with many friends and family. The interior of the house is quite dated and could use some TLC and attention. The owner was quick to reply to numerous problems that arose. There were major inconveniences with air conditioning not working and leaking pipe that caused a carpeted bedroom to flood -- these problems were addressed by the owner, but we still had numerous days with fans/blowers and musty smell. I had hoped the owner would offer partial refund for such major inconveniences. The outside of this home is a wonderful place to entertain and enjoy the pool and beautiful surroundings and that was a plus. The interior proved to be a minus, so I would have to rate the overall experience as average.

Father's Day Getaway

Joe the owner of this property was absolutely amazing! Was on the phone with my husband at check in explaining where everything was and any information we needed. Joe, the owner and this property are unbelievable. The overall value of this mini Las Vegas resort is awesome...the backyard is amazing, the pool is huge, the separation of the rooms and the floor plan are laid out perfectly for a large family. Joe is hands down the most awesome VRBO property owner in all of Havasu...we are a family of five and our four day vacation was almost ruined after another property we had rented got broken into forcing the owner to cancel our stay last minute....Joe, in the 11th hour came through for us BIG TIME...He made his property available for us on a whim and saved our vacation. We make several 3-4 day runs to Havasu every summer and we will do everything possible to stay at this property each and every time. THANKS AGAIN JOE!
