This home is located off of the main streets in Lake Havasu, so close to the Main Strip, London Bridge entertainment, the Lake, and more. This home includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open living/dining space, a large private backyard with a great outdoor living space with a gorgeous new pool (not heated). This home was remodeled at the beginning of 2021 and has a new pool. Pool table for family fun in living room. This home comfortably sleeps 8 people. Each bedroom is equipped with a bed, nightstands, TV with Netflix, closet space, and more.

***Master is a queen bed with attached bathroom that has a double vanity with a tall walk-in tiled shower.
The other bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
***Bedroom 2 is a queen bed.
***Bedroom 3 is a queen bed.
***2 Twin Rollaway beds are in the closet and a foldable futon in the living room is available.

Located only 5 minutes from the London Bridge entertainment, and less than 10 minutes from the State Park boat ramp, this house is conveniently located in the center of Lake Havasu for easy access to all entertainment, shopping, and dining spots. Please note pool is not heated.

Havasu Getaway W/Friends

Few issues upon Check in. Trash was not emptied in Kitchen and there was food in the sink. We planned to BBQ but quickly realized there was no Charcoal. The shades outside are falling apart and should be replaced. Pool Cues need replaced. I was afraid we could rip the felt cause of the condition. There are no TV's in the guest rooms and no remote for the TV in the Master. A blender would be awesome. Now some good things. Plenty of Parking. Great location. Big Garage. The rest of the house seemed clean.

Havasu reunion

Had a small reunion for my husbands football pals. The house is very nice. Even with four of us the house never felt crowded. Trisha the property contact did a fantastic job guiding me along because this is my first time renting a house. Would highly recommend this location.

Family Vacation

Our host went out of her way to make our trip memorable and really wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool table and swimming pool are fantastic. I made some real deal bbq with the charcoal grill. The fire pit was stocked with wood which was very nice. Not usually so cool in June. Perfect get away.

Fun and clean !

Lots to do around the area and inside the home. We stayed with our family of 6, the host was friendly, reliable and communication on point since day 1. London bridge is an 8 minute drive we rented a pontoon and enjoyed the beautiful water. Main Street is a 3 minute drive, we had brunch there. The home itself was awesome especially the pool ! So relaxing and pretty. We bbq’d there, only had one issue with the bbq grill but it was minor and the host was able to fix it in less than an hour. The inside is spacious and there’s a nice pool table that we enjoyed. The open space concept is awesome as it allowed all of us to do our own thing but be together. The beds are really small but we are not picky enough to complain. Overall I would give this place a full 10/10 starts it’s beautiful!

Great place in a great neighborhood. Access to river was great. Accommodated my family perfectly and had room for my boat/trailer. Backyard was perfect for evenings after a long day on the river.

Beautiful house with swimming and pool table. We picked this house because we are pool players. We enjoyed the pool during the days with our kids and played on the table at night. The house offered everything you would need for a weekend trip. Closed to eateries and the London bridge. I will book again.

Wonderful house

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Only thing I would recommend is tv’s in the spare rooms. Convenient location. Boat parking is tight if you have a big boat.
