With large patios in the front and back of the home, PLUS a 360 degree ROOF TOP view deck, you'll be able to relax and watch the sunrise or the sunset...or both! Views of the river, the island, and the mountains. Sit back and watch the balloons, fireworks, and storms that roll through. Soak up the sun in the private pool in the backyard, or enjoy a game of pool in the game room. A true luxury escape!

However, if the views are not enough, then enjoy the details inside this sprawling, well appointed, 2,700 square foot home with 3 mini-suite style bedrooms, 3 baths, and plenty of room to relax!

Seamless, open floor plan, with vaulted ceilings and panoramic windows to the pool and lake from the living room, kitchen, and game room. This home is sure to please!

Kitchen - view of the lake from the full size bay windows. Fully stocked, modern and clean, with large, granite countertops. Perfect for meals at home or on one of the patios.

Living Room & Game Room - play pool, or relax on the dual recliner couch and love seats, while watching the sun set or the 60" ROKU TV. Full size pool table for hours of fun play or serious competition!

Master Suite -
The "Tiffany" master, with it's relaxing blue hues, has a pillow top, king bed, a separate couch sitting area, 52” ROKU TV, and glass slider to the back yard, fire pit and separate patio sitting area. The massive en suite bathroom has private toilet room, dual vanities, and a large, step down grotto shower.

Guest Wing Mini Suites -
The "Cowboy” mini suite: Rustic, out west theme, with couch & rocker in the sitting area, a 46" ROKU TV, and a sleeping nook with a pillow top, queen bed.
The "Wine" mini suite: Wine lover theme, with leather recliner, 46" ROKU TV, and pillow top, queen bed.
The guest wing also has a full bath with tub/shower combination.

Game Room - also has a 3rd bathroom and dressing area, with dual sinks, private toilet room, AND a 2nd step in grotto shower!

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Located in a very quiet neighborhood and not too far from the lake. It was extremely clean inside and out. The kitchen is well stocked and all of the appliances are in great shape. We used the BBQ twice and it is in great shape too. One last thing, the views are worth the price of admission.

Great stay in Lake Havasu

We had an awesome stay at this wonderful house in Lake Havasu. The home was perfect and the kids loved the pool and pool table. Everything was fully stocked and tons of towels as well. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing views is an understatement

My husband and I came to stay as we are thinking of moving to the area. My sister also joined us for part of the trip. If this house was for sale we would absolutely buy it! James was the perfect host as this was our families first visit to the area. Very clean house with everything stocked the pool was great and very clean as well. Totally as described.

Spent 4 days and this house was wonderful. Everything that’s listed on rental is absolutely correct. Clean and orderly. Everything you could possibly need to have a great stay is at this home. Management was Courteous and very responsive. There are rules here to protect the neighborhood and keep the peace. If traveling with family and a small dog this is for you.
