'Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. 'I booked this for my Fiance who flew from Naples, Fl to visit her father for Father’s Day. He is in an assisted living facility. She checked into the hotel and the front desk person was in her office smoking a cigarette. She got to the room and she felt very uncomfortable. 'Management and other staff are in need of customer service training and attitude adjustment. They don’t appear to like their work environment much. Check in was the worst I have experienced in a very long time. Room was clean and the breakfast was good. Would not stay there again.'

'The rooms are only separated by a locked door. The person in the room next to us was blasting music all evening. We complained to the front desk, they said they would call the room and have them turn the music down, that never happened.
