'Room was beautiful the staff was very friendly we had a very nice time there. The only negative was we sat at the bar and had a few drinks(they were excellent drinks) when we got the bill we tipped 20% but didn’t realize until we got back to the room that the bar automatically added 20% gratuity, I think the bartender should have made us aware of this. We had breakfast there the next morning and upon paying the waitress advised us that the gratuity was already included! '

'This was, I think, the creepiest place I've ever stayed. I do have to mention that the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely--but she was the only good part of my stay. There were a couple of the tiny roaches in my shower both times I showered (I had to stay two nights). My door looked like it had been mangled in a knife fight. The hallway looked, no joke, very much like the hallway in The Shining. I felt safe enough, like physically, once I had locked the doors-- but it felt very dirty...
