When we came in the room eventually the toilet stopped up. We then moved next door then that toilet stopped up we again tried that one to unstopped it. But we later found a roach killed it then we found the towels were wet and dirty with human feces all on them. We just wanted to go home

The hotel was very clean and customer service was great. Breakfast was a bit on the chincy side but overall it was a nice hotel for the price. The only issue was a couple fighting and yelling around 5:30 AM because he found his wife cheating at that hotel where she was with another man. I didn’t get back to bed after hat but I understand that’s not the hotels fault.

Rooms were in need of repair. Breakfast was a joke. Vending ws worthless. 2 bottles of water, a coke, beer. If this is any indication of your horels, I will never stay at another.

I liked that the staff was friendly and helpful! I liked that it wasn’t to far from a mall, Target, Wal-Mart, Restaurants, my son’s High School. We were there for his graduation! I liked that it was quiet and about 20 minutes away from my son’s house! I, also, enjoyed that the room got cold. Great experience!

Staff was okay, maid service was pretty good. But our sheets being dirty cost us $75 TWICE and we were locked out of our room with our dog inside until we paid up front. Floors in the room were so dirty they made my 5 year olds feet look like he had been running around barefoot outside all day after a few hours of him playing in the room. I would not stay here again.

Good people, dirty place
There were roaches, some of the outlets were not covered. The elevator smelled bad. The front desk people were very nice and friendly, unfortunately the place is really run down.

Just being honest.
Room was hot... ac not working properly. Entire hotel smells funky... dilapidated overall. Lost my 40 dollars deposit because stain on hand towel and supposedly stain on comforter. She didn't know what it was on comforter but knew it was stained and I lose deposit as per company policy. No manager to help either. Horrible experience. I should have just spent the 120 for nicer hotel.. that's what I ended up paying anyways.

After reviewing pictures, there is a stained comforter and a towel as you mentioned in the picture although it is not for sure what the stain is it does not completely come out. Therefore the 40 deposit was kept as an incidental which was explained at check-in, the type of stain does not make a difference as to whether deposit is kept or given back it is still considered damaged material.

Turn down service failed to make one of the two used beds in the room, the bathroom was dirty and not stocked with toiletries, and the phone in the room was not even wired in.

They require a cash deposit? That’s shady. I’m here for business and now I have to stop and wait for them to return my money before I leave. How inconvenient is that. Got a feeling this hotel gets kickback from the atm company they conveniently have available for you to get the cash out with a $3.50 fee. 🤔

Anibal as I explained as you checked in, the deposit at check in requirement is stated in the Hotel information section at the time you made your booking on line. ATMs are available at 98% of all hotel lobbies making it convenient for the guest and hotels do not get a kickback from guest using them. That is why it is stated online before booking so that the guest can come in prepared and not necessarily use the atm provided at the hotel. You had a choice to come in prepared with the deposit.

Check in was fast and easy. When entering the rear entrance a strong sewage smell was present. No soap in the bathroom and only 3 towels for 5 people, but front desk provided what was needed

I enjoyed my stay but the breakfast was my only complaint. All they had to offer was cereal,yogurt or waffles. They could of offered toast. For people like me that is a diabetic.

So.. new to me.. front desk staff stated that expedia policy says to check in at 4 pm or charge card by 4pm.. i made the last minute reservation at around 2. I have never dealt with this before as i usually check-in later in the evening. (My son plays travel ball) we go through alot of hotels. I had to make a second reservation for a single bed as they got rid of my double bed reservation. Maybe call the people from the resevation before deciding to cancel. The kids had to sleep on a really small roll out bed. The room was 10 bucks cheaper but i ended up spending those 10 bucks on the roll out bed.. very dissapointing but it was close to 12 am and we were not going anywhere else.. the hotel seems like it used to be alot larger. Beautiful courtyard in the middle of the hotel. Huge breakfast bar but served waffles, cereals and coffee. 2 pool tables are a good touch. This hotel is close to being a wonderful experience. Maybe put a cap on that exposed sanitary pipe by the ice maker machine, its spewing out SARS fumes from the open sanitary system. Definately another negative. Thank you Expedia for calling on my behalf that night at midnight. Hopefully they get it together because that could be a very nice hotel to stay at. So close to the water

We arrived at 8:30pm our room was not ready they said the ac wasnt working i asked to be changed to another room. They said they couldnt because i booked online. They told me it would he ready in 10 min. It took them 30 min.

The young man that greeted me was very helpful. He also came to hook up my tv. The bathroom needed a trash can and had no stopper for the tub. That was due to an oversight I am sure since they had been remodeling. Staff was very nice!
