'Very old'

'I had planned a 'staycation' with my daughter & liked the location of this condo. The unit was dated. There was a stale odor upon arrival either from smoking or the carpet needed to be deep cleaned. The coffee pot 'please clean' light was on and the light over the stove in the microwave was burned out. The fireplace was nonfunctional. There was no heat in the bathrooms, and I had to step over the toilet to get into the shower. The most frustrating aspect was the faulty lock on the entrance...

'This apartment was adorable and in such a great location! Bed was super comfortable, shower was nice, and the views were great. I was here for the horseshow and it took only 5-10mins to get there each day. Also, the rental agency that runs these properties is super communicative and easy to reach. Would recommend!'

'Great location, but the property is a bit dated. Needs fresh paint, especially in the master bathroom. Stains and chips make the bathroom not look as clean as it should. Nice master bedroom, and the king bed and sheets are comfortable. Very nice patio and view. '
