This townhouse-style condo has two bedrooms, each with two queen beds and private baths; the upstairs bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the lake. The living room has oak floors, queen sleeper sofa, four armchairs, and TV with DVD player. The dining area has a maple dining table with eight chairs. While you're here enjoy the bright kitchen with ceramic tile floor, electric range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker. The condo also has a stack washer and dryer. For your enjoyment, take a stroll and see the sights of the golf course or use the amenities; they're within walking distance.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
